A Welcome Humanoid Robot was the highlight of our show which improved the visitor experience by greeting guests, providing information, and answering questions. It can guide people to events, share schedules, and save time by handling simple tasks. The robot makes the organization look modern and innovative while also collecting feedback and data to improve services.

Robotronix showed great project management skills. They successfully managed the project delivery, broke it down into smaller tasks, and coordinated well between the software and hardware teams. They also provided timely updates, tracked progress with milestones, and fixed bugs on schedule and trained the non-tech people to handle such a special bot.

Autonomous Design:
Build the structure and cleaning tools to ensure the robot can clean wind turbine blades effectively.

System:
Ensure the robot can clean thoroughly and safely, using soft yet durable materials to avoid damage.

Navigation and functioning:
Program the robot to move independently using AI and sensors to detect and navigate around obstacles.

Weatherproofing:
Make the robot durable enough to withstand outdoor conditions like wind and rain.

Easy Maintenance:
Design the robot for easy repair and cleaning and provide support when necessary.

Testing and Optimization:
Test the robot under various conditions and improve its performance based on feedback.

The whole process kept one thing in mind as to not damage the blades of the wind turbine.

The cleaning bot improved the cleaning process for wind turbines by saving time for us and reducing manual labour. This autonomous bot and its design kept the wind blades in proper check and also the facility to manually handle it is one of the key poin t of it.

Their project management was excellent. The team coordination and time to time meeting s and visits helped and kept the project on designed timeline.

The scope of work included developing a real-time fire detection and alarm system with the following components:

1. Fire Detection using Computer Vision: The system utilizes cameras and AI algorithms to detect fire in real-time across multiple surveillance feeds.
2. Automated Alarm Trigger: Upon detection of a fire, the system instantly triggers an alarm, alerting our team to check and verify the alert.
3. Probability Scoring for Decision-Making: Each detection is accompanied by a probability score, allowing us to assess the likelihood of a fire and make informed decisions.
4. Event Logging and Reporting: The system tracks daily alarms and records actions taken (confirmed incidents, dismissals, etc.), helping us analyse and improve our safety protocols.
5. System Monitoring and Maintenance Support: Robotronix also provided a maintenance plan and troubleshooting support, ensuring continued system reliability.

The web interface was developed using Flask and Python as backend technology, whereas React was used for the front end. All the APIs were developed using Flask technology in this project. The project also used the advanced concept of multi-threading in Python to run multiple video streams from the cameras on the web interface.

The project yielded the following measurable outcomes:

• Efficient Alarm System: Fire incidents were detected, and alarms were triggered within seconds, leading to rapid response times.
• Enhanced Decision-Making: With probability scoring, our team could prioritize genuine fire incidents, reducing false alarms by a notable margin.
• Comprehensive Data Tracking: Daily logs provided a detailed record of alarms, allowing for pattern analysis and improvements in safety protocols.

Overall, the system has increased our response efficiency, improved fire hazard management, and heightened our site’s safety.
