We need these services because we are constantly hiring for entry level and customer service roles and need a constant applicant flow. It has become harder to identify and screen worthy candidates.

We can avoid prejudging and raising expectations of potential employees. They help in streamlining the process to help select potential candidates to be called in for interviews.

Our goals were to spend money wisely and obtain what we feel are quality hires.

We obtained a contract for their service. I do not know the costs or things like that; it is handled at our corporate level.
