How did your relationship with the vendor evolve? 

ROASBEAST didn’t do good work. First, they baited and switched us with a super cheap monthly budget of around $800. A few months later, they wanted to raise the budget to $3,000 — that was their first dishonesty. 

Ultimately, they were incompetent at their job. Since we switched to a new agency, our results have already increased by about 50% on Facebook in only a month, showing that ROASBEAST wasn’t good at what they did. 

How was project management handled?

They weren’t very organized, and they didn’t always meet deadlines.

In what specific areas can they improve?

They need to educate themselves about how ads work. Additionally, they need to be upfront and honest. 

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

I recommend choosing a different agency.

ROASBEAST has bought marketing (~$500k/month) a month for us across FB/IG, YT, TikTok. Recently ROASBEAST has also taken over creative production meaning that video assets are produced via contractors on Fiverr and Upwork through ROASBEAST.

I am unclear on the exact #, but I know that there are other team members who help execute account changes, especially around creatives (since our internal process is tedious).

We have been able to successfully add scale and reduce CAC. ROASBEAST has responded well to fluctuations in performance through quick optimizations.
