We plan to release the project within the next few days, so I currently don’t have any data. But RNF Technologies has helped us move in the direction that we want to evolve into.
The fact that we can even provide this kind of solution to our clients gives us a definite advantage over our competitors. Now, we can offer a single package that includes products, consultation, and software.
How did RNF Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been excellent. Whenever I need help with something, I know I can speak to someone within the same day. For example, I wanted to make changes in the architecture of the platform, and they did it quicker than I expected.
The majority of the communication is via emails, and we have phone calls once in a while, during which they can ask me questions and vice versa.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Compared to other service providers in general, they’re always available despite the time difference. That’s been a big relief for me, and I’m very happy with the service.
Are there any areas they could improve?
During some stages, they seemed to only do exactly what I’d requested without looking at what kind of solution I needed. I would’ve expected a bit more interaction from their side on that front, but it was mostly coming from us.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Come with a properly thought out idea and determine exactly what you want because you shouldn’t expect to get answers directly from the developers. They’re really just the ones building your idea. If you’re looking to gain better insights, talk to your customer base.
