I'm a director of an accountancy firm in London. We do bookkeeping for hundreds of our clients each year.

We needed a custom CRM developed for our firm which could not only handle general CRM data but also automate our process flows.

We wanted to have a high-quality, reliable, and secure web application, which could automate many mundane tasks throughout our firm.

RKWO was recommended to us by another company that had a similar software built. I saw their software and knew that we needed the exact same solution but tailored more towards our firm.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We've managed to cut our daily workload by 60% as the CRM flawlessly automates the majority of our tasks.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used tools such as Trello, Zoom, and Slack to constantly communicate with each other and meet our deadlines on time. The team at RKWO even introduced us to Slack to set up a workplace, so that we had the ability to communicate with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team at RKWO suggested ideas and techniques which we weren't fully aware of. RKWO also gave us a reasonable quote for their services, whilst also supplying quick support for us, even after the project had finished.
