there is nothing outcome because still there is so many bugs in the Product.

the workflow is not going well because time coordination is not good with me as a client.

The Unique thing is they have clean and excellent coding skills. Product eventually works very smooth.

yes only i suggest as a client that give some priority to client, some time client want more attention. may be there is delay in payment in client side but if you maintain good relationship then you never disapoint in client relationship, they will give you more work and your company will be more growing with many more clients.

I needed someone to develop an Android app that would allow us to upload and download applications on the cloud.

I was the mediator between the client who gave us the project and RK WebTechnology, who did the development. We had meetings and explained the requirements. They then developed the Android app.

There are three people working on the project, as well as one other who isn’t continuous. There was a developer, a project manager, and another team member who was helping us do research.

I put the word out to friends that I was looking for someone who could help me with my projects. A friend recommended them.

We started working together in November 2019 and the work is ongoing.

RK WebTechnology delivered exactly what I had in my mind. They built three different aspects of the project.

How did RK WebTechnology perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines and communication is good. When we first started, I was worried about whether they’d be able to meet timelines because of the different time zones, but they managed it very well. We used Skype and TeamViewer.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at understanding requirements. Within the 15-20 minutes I gave them, the team never took another minute extra in the entire project. When I just quoted some open-ended statements, they understood, reading between the lines without me telling them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Apart from Android, we use other platforms. If they could manage expertise with the latest technologies like Hadoop, Docker containers, big data, etc., that’d be really helpful to them. Whatever they are good at, they’re really good at it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RK WebTechnology provides expertise in technologies including Angular, Vue.js, and Node.js. We assign tasks to their developers who sync into our workflows. At the beginning of the project, we establish a communications plan. Generally, we’re in contact at the end of the day, which is the beginning of the day for them. They’re able to work through our endless cycle of continuous development, integration, and deployment.

Their team worked on various web applications for us. According to our clients’ needs, their team created designs mockups, screens, admin pages, and different functionalities based on different user roles. For example, limiting certain users’ access to certain pages. Their team creates responsive products, dashboards, and widgets too.  They also implement tests for components. The partnership could grow into Android and iOS mobile development.

I work with a project manager who focuses on the personnel. I communicate with them to explain our specific project needs. Once developers are assigned, I communicate with them about tasks and information.

When looking for a Vue.js developer, I found their profile on Upwork. We interviewed a few different vendors on the platform but based on timeline, budget, and availability, we chose RK WebTechnology.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

If you provide a task and its details, they will deliver. Their work’s high quality. If it weren’t, we wouldn’t continue the partnership. The fact that our relationship continues says a lot about RK WebTechnology. The team’s also prompt and eager.  We communicate on a daily basis, which is especially important because we’re based in different time zones.

How did RK WebTechnology perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re flexible with our schedule and project timelines. Their team will let us know what’s possible to complete a task in a given deadline. If they need more time to complete a task, they’ll tell us. I appreciate that they don’t wait until the last minute to notify us as it allows us to plan accordingly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re responsive and communicative. RK WebTechnology’s the first third-party vendor that we’ve brought on board, which means I can’t compare them to others, unfortunately.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be helpful to have a better tracking process for hours. Right now, their process is on a monthly basis. They keep track of the number of hours their team works per day and what they worked on. At the end of the month, they give me an invoice.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take the different time zones into consideration. For example, if you don’t communicate a detail in time, you might have to wait an entire day to contact them again.

RK WebTechnology is developing a Shopify site from scratch for my client. They’re currently developing the site’s front- and backend, and they’re tasked with presenting the client’s products with detailed descriptions underneath each listing. They also provide us with recommendations for the site’s design.

They’re still in the middle of the development process, but RK WebTechnology will also be hosting and maintaining the site once it’s done. We’re still deciding whether they would be handling its SEO as well.

RK WebTechnology has been really great at sticking to the agreed-upon schedule and budget, and I’m very pleased with the work that they’ve done so far.

We primarily communicate through Skype, but we also communicate through phone calls for urgent matters.

RK WebTechnology is incredibly responsive — they’re really quick at responding to my messages despite the time difference. I also appreciate the great ideas and recommendations that they provide regarding the site’s design.
