BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the General Manager - Business Development at Innpac India Pvt. Ltd. and I responsible for handling the business operations of their Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brand Soyuz, which deals in the processing, manufacturing and sale of tofu and soy milk.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Rjuhasta?

We were looking to build a national brand identity for our company. We started as a small, somewhat unknown organization. To facilitate our operations, we turned towards Rjuhasta to outsource both the strategic side of our marketing campaign as well as the creative aspects and content development.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal is to become a well-established name in the soy product industry. We want to acquire majority of the market nation-wide. We have kickstarted our mission in New Delhi and our current objective is to make Soyuz take the lead in all localities of Delhi.

SOLUTION

How did you select Rjuhasta?

Our team had been closely scrutinizing the works of various digital marketing firms and we had been trying to figure out the thought-process of these firms. We selected a handful out of the lot and met with their representatives/owners. Rjuhasta was selected based on the overall balance between their quality of work and the attitude of their team.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After we selected this vendor, we had a series of discovery meeting to discuss our goals and our company's brand. The team focused on understanding what the major drivers were for our business, and they talked with several members of our team to understand the ins and outs of our company.

From there, they developed an advertising plan that included traditional and digital media. They worked with us on creative concepts for outdoor, TV, social media, and paid online advertising. The team also provided print collateral for our sales team to use when visiting clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

One of the primary reasons for us to select Rjuhasta was the interpersonal skills of their team. They were quick to understand our thought process and what we want for our business. Overall we we are very much satisfied with the working of Rjuhasta's team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was intrigued by the knowledge that this vendor had about marketing strategies. We learned quite a bit about the various techniques of Social Media Marketing. Working with them was a collaborative and positive experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There have been times when there was a little delay in work. However, our company higher-ups believe in quality above anything else. Overall experience is what matters and it has been good so far.
