We started working together in July 2022, and it took us 10 weeks to complete the project. Now, we’re negotiating to extend the contract with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The automation created by Rizen has massively improved the visibility across our entire company. Now, we all have visibility into what’s going on with each account in real time on HubSpot, which has ultimately improved our workflows.

How did Rizen Corp. perform from a project management standpoint?

Rizen was 100% transparent and accurate in everything they said. They followed through with everything they promised, and they delivered on time. Additionally, they answered all of our questions and were very patient with us. Throughout the project, we met every week via Zoom. We also used Notion on our end to track the project overall.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When we were looking for a company to work with, we requested a dedicated person assigned to our project, and Rizen was able to provide them. Nichole really understood our business and industry, making the entire flow very easy. She listened to our pain points and helped us work through those efficiently.

Rizen Corp. has been helping us with several projects, including rebranding, templates for automated email marketing campaigns, content creation with a calendar, lead generation, social media marketing, SEO, and web redevelopment and redesign. For the branding portion of the project, we’ve given them information about our brand, like what it means and its core values. From there, they created a mood board, brand guidelines, and other elements.

In addition, they’ve been working on keyword research, blog content writing, and guidance on our site’s enhancement. Some of the features we asked for on the site were to inform visitors about our sponsorships, donors, and festival bookings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Originally, Rizen worked on our digital needs. We underwent an onboarding process where they got to know our company, goals, and service areas. They started providing marketing and client research services. The team then discovered different market needs that we previously didn’t know. We then focus on paid ads. 

We’re currently working with Rizen to rebrand and integrate one of our service areas. This involves expanding said area, geotargeting, audience segmentation, and SEO. We have a bunch of different campaigns, and we rotate them frequently based on seasons. 

One major campaign we’ve had involves uncovering our customers’ need for search protection add-ons. The team has honed in on that, and it’s been a huge lead generator for us. In terms of content creation, they create assets for our ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. 

Moreover, Rizen is our HubSpot facilitator, so they help integrate our software dispatches directly into HubSpot marketing. Overall, they’ve become our full-service digital marketing agency.

We’ve worked with five people from Rizen. Their CEO is involved in high-level discussions. Meanwhile, their PR specialist and copywriter develop our copy and some strategies for responding to reviews.

They’re highly organized. We don’t use any management tools with them. Rather, we have weekly meetings and set weekly targets. They then operate autonomously from there. We usually use emails to communicate.

Rizen’s market research approach is their strength. They’ve spent a lot of resources identifying what the market wants, what our key value proposition is, and what campaigns are effective. They even rank these things in the order of cost-effectiveness and other aspects. Overall, they work on truly understanding our business, goals, and market — they let these things drive our campaigns.

No, there aren’t any. I’ve happy with their services.

To work effectively with Rizen, you must have your goals in mind. Have a strategic plan for what you’re trying to achieve. By being clear on your goals, you allow them to help you truly.

Rizen has significantly improved my business. Within the first two months of the engagement, our sales quadrupled. Since then, our sales have doubled year-over-year.

Rizen uses HubSpot, which handles all of the billing — they handle everything from front to back. They’re very communicative, and I can always get a response from them. Typically, we communicate through phone calls, emails, and texts. I always have a way to contact them. We occasionally have Zoom meetings, and Rizen uses specific tools for their presentations. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’d worked with another provider, a local consultant, before Rizen. I heard about Rizen through my friend, but couldn’t afford them at the time because their cost was high, and we were just starting out. However, I bit the bullet and realized I couldn’t afford to not utilize their services because of the way they could grow my business.

I can’t think of anything for Rizen to improve; they’re very good.

Rizen has always been very helpful, honest and always available for their clients. We were a group that did not know website development or how to use any of the softwares - Rizen professionals helped us in every step of the way (even outside our contract).

We first met with the team and then had a comprehensive kick-off meeting so they understood all our needs and deadlines. We wanted a fresh new look, wanted more video features, plug ins from our Social Media platform, wanted animation, and also needed to learn the editing program for us to make edits after. This was all in a 3 month period. We still call on Rizen to make certain changes and for expert advice.

We had weekly meetings after our initial kick off meeting. We also communicated through their shared platform which made it very easy to understand and comply with our deadlines. They were also always available through emails or texts.

The fact that they made everything very easy for us. We were able to learn the new editing program and can ask them about it, which made working with them invaluable.

We had some small issues migrating - but seems to be the new hosting site rather than Rizen.

Our law firm was in a growth phase and needed to build our online marketing and exposure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us create an inbound marketing plan. The plan had many aspects, including preparing our Google Ads and keywords and helping us build our website. During development, Rizen implemented key language on the website to promote organic growth.

They manage our Google Ads and analytics, as well as SEO, focusing on building our H-1B visa clientele — usually scientists or engineers with a U.S. Master’s degree that are hired by American companies.

Rizen has also helped us write a lot of great blogs with their strong writers. They can put a blog out about any topic I give them. In the beginning, they had to figure out what I was talking about, but they caught on really fast.

I work with Rogelio (CEO) on the business and customer relationship side, though I have more day-to-day contact with William (COO) who works on the analytical side. I also work with Nichole (Digital Media Director), who has helped us merge our HubSpot CRM (that they also set up) with PandaDoc, a contract sending system. She makes sure we have the right technologies so we can easily send out contracts. Jeffrey (Content Coordinator) helps with the blogs as well.

They had taken up residence at a coworking space that we were members of, and we started talking to them. We also happened to meet them at a networking organization. They seemed like a legitimate, strong marketing company to us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They helped us bring a lot of clients across to the United States. Our law office is based in Miami, Florida, and through them, we’ve been able to acquire clients as far away as Bombay, India, Seattle, Washington, and pretty much all across the United States. They met us when we were a three-person company and now we’re at 16 employees. Their marketing efforts have really helped us grow.

Our Google Ads have helped companies looking to leverage the H-1B process come to our website and choose our law firm to facilitate the visa. We’ve had tremendous growth in those areas, and the number of H-1B clients that we have is now over 400, which is great. Each client can have multiple cases, so it adds up to a lot.

How did Rizen perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re sticklers for timelines and meetings, and Rizen is always present at our Monday morning meetings. They’re watchful of our budget and our Google Ad spend, evidence of their skills with project management.

Rizen has great service and is very organized. The firm’s founders are ex-military and have a very succinct approach to the way they do things, in addition to being very nice people.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rizen’s marketing is really good, and they present very well. They have a very clean presentation, and they’re super friendly, kind, and professional.

Their concern for their clients is palpable in the ways they listen and adapt. You never feel you can’t reach the main people. They’re always accessible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I encourage them to continue growing their team as they have been. They are high in cost, but they’re worth every dollar. I wonder if there’s a way to provide other options that are a little less expensive, but they’re definitely shooting for higher-end clients. Smaller companies may struggle to reach their price level.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Expect them to build a friendship with you and take advantage of it. Other marketing companies take a very transactional approach — money in and money out — but Rizen is very concerned about their clients. They have a lot of business and marketing knowledge, so if you have questions, call and ask them to clarify any questions that you have. They’re both educators and great business people.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It's been a very good experience so far. We’ve got very good feedback based on our ROI. Every month, we get a lot of calls and a lot of opportunities to close deals. Luckily, we have great technology that sets us apart from others. 

The traffic, which Rizen is responsible for, is a lot. There are usually 1–3 searches that we rank for. There may be a drop for a couple of months here and there for some reasons, but for the most part, it stays very high on a year-after-year basis. 

The website is definitely top-notch, and they've redone it a couple of times. We've received a lot of compliments from our customers about how clean it looks and how easy it is to navigate.

Every step is refined. As customers go through all the buying phases and interact with the website, they’re convinced to talk to somebody in our company. We've had good feedback on the content and the design as well. 

How did Rizen perform from a project management standpoint?

They used a tool to update us as the project was starting. It was very easy to see the task that they were working on, and it would alert us when the tasks were done. It was very easy to understand. 

Right now, we do a lot of emails and phone calls. Once a month, we jump on a call and discuss what's going on. There’s a lot of back and forth via emails to keep ourselves up to date. If something important comes up, we talk on the phone. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rizen’s attention to detail is impressive. They make sure that every little detail is correct. They give us insights and help us with the vision that we have in mind. They also give us ideas and angles that we haven’t thought of before.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. I can’t think of anything that they can do better, because we’re able to see money coming in from their work. Every interaction has been positive so far. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make a long-term plan because that’s where you’ll see the fruits of their labor. A lot of companies want to see something within a month, but that's not a long-term, sustainable way to go. 

Rizen offers a lot of ways to get you on the internet via social media, Google Maps, Google Ads, and organic searches. With our previous company, we were only doing Google Ads, and we had some returns on that. However, it wasn't until we started to do a full spread on the internet with Rizen that we saw a more sustainable month-to-month return. 

As a result, my advice is to utilize all the abilities and services that they have and offer.
