What was the scope of their involvement?

Riverview Bank has funded the current office building we have. They’ve provided a $2.5 million loan for the acquisition and rehabilitation of the property. 

What is the team composition?

We work with Laurie (VP & Regional Manager), and she’s done all the underwriting, presentation, and funding tasks for us. 

How did you come to work with Riverview Bank?

I used to work with a banker when I was in the banking space. I knew that Riverview Bank was the right fit for us because they were a small community bank. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’re paying around $2.5 million. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2020, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Riverview Bank has helped us get a loan in the chaotic environment of the COVID-19 pandemic. They’ve done a good job of getting it finished in a timely manner. 

How did Riverview Bank perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done everything on time, and we receive funding when we need it. To communicate, we use emails and phone calls. We also meet in person. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Riverview Bank is knowledgeable, upfront, and transparent. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. We’re happy with them.

Be transparent and show them what you have to work with; tell them your objectives and ask for Riverview Bank’s help to get them.
