I engaged Rising Tides to develop content ahead of my launch. This included developing a new website containing a video sales letter, as well as getting a LinkedIn marketing program started. The new website required development of new copy and graphic elements, including a script for a video sales letter. For the video sales letter they edited the video including adding animations and other content.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because it's very early in the launch of this very niche service, there are limited metrics to share on the website content beyond it serving a good landing page. The LinkedIn marketing is still new but week-over-week profile views are up 42% and we've expanded connections significantly.

Overall, they've done well hitting the key deadlines. They have engaged regularly to ensure we are on track for ongoing deliverables and progress. When I've needed their assistance with urgent requests, they've been incredibly responsive and quickly handled any issues or opportunities.

They would benefit from building out additional onboarding materials to reduce some of the back-and-forth around certain activities. They've been responsive to this feedback and are working to address it.
