For what projects/services did your company hire Rioks, and what were your goals?
Most of our leads were referrals. We wanted to branch out and bring in more inbound leads for our company. We decided to outsource it since we lacked expertise and manpower. We hired Rioks as they had hands-on experience working with digital solution providers and have brought in tangible results for them.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We found them on Clutch. Their portfolio was good. Their pricing was affordable. Therefore we hopped on a call with them and then decided to proceed with them.

They analyzed our audience and developed strategic marketing campaigns targeted towards them. They formulated strategies and explained how it will help us get the leads we wanted. They also set up SEO, PPC, and content marketing campaigns to our advantage and bought in high ticket clients for us. Their team overlooks most of the marketing for us. They send regular reports about how our campaigns are performing and optimize them every frequently to ensure we get the most bang from our buck.

A group of 6 people worked on our project. The team consisted of the project manager, account manager, marketing analyst, Digital Marketing Expert, and a SEO and PPC strategist.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
They did an outstanding job and our lead generation rate went up by 106%. They continuously work on the campaigns and optimize them from time to time to ensure they consistently deliver results.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They were very communicative and we met up every month to discuss the improvements we made and to discuss future strategies. They hit milestones pretty quickly and showed marketing expertise at every turn. We mainly used Asana, emails and Slack for managing communication. The project was handled through Asana with full access to us as a client to oversee and interact with a team.

I’m the CEO of nect WORLD, a telecommunications company. We create modems for reliable and secure internet connection for everyone.
What challenge were you trying to address with Rioks?
We need help with digital marketing, customer support, and content writing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We work closely with Rioks for our marketing strategy. They create all the content we need for our blog and social media, and they handle our communication processes with our customers. On top of that, their work covers all parts of our digital marketing efforts, including Facebook and Google Ads. We create our content strategy internally, but Rioks has the ability to implement it.
Moreover, they work on our PR efforts. They do interviews for us with journalists, and they pitch us to magazines and blogs. We also have our own PR people who help us create awareness for our brand.
What is the team composition?
One person connects us with their team. They then scale positions up or down based on our needs.
How did you come to work with Rioks?
We met Rioks at a conference, and we felt comfortable with them. They were also from our country, which was convenient. After our initial conversation, they told us what they could do and what value they could bring to us, so we hired them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend between $2,000–$4,000 per month.

We started working together in November 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.

Rioks does a lot of work that we won’t be able to do on our own. On top of that, the KPIs for our website and blog posts are increasing. For instance, the number of our active visitors is rising. They also provide good customer support services and are actively answering all customer questions.
How did Rioks perform from a project management standpoint?
Rioks uses Asana to manage the project, and we have access to their Asana board. We also communicate in Messenger because it’s more convenient for us.

They have become an integral part of our team.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO of Global Health Travel. Our platform is focused on medical tourism and the services that essentially connect patients with doctors. We also provide content education.
What challenge were you trying to address with Rioks?
We needed Rioks to help us redesign our digital platform by integrating more engaging features for our users.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Rioks started by examining our existing website’s design, system architecture, and coding. Their team also looked into the platforms of our competitors — they asked us to let them know what we wanted to emulate from those as our reference points for the redesign.
Based on their findings, they strategized how they could redesign the platform and rebuild the code to make it both modular and functional through a custom CMS. They built a login feature for our customers to keep their tabs on our content and our different healthcare providers listed on the website. Additionally, our users were provided with more in-depth information on how they could avail of our discount codes for their subscription.
Rioks focused on making more efficient use of our existing technologies rather than introducing new ones to us. They structured our website in that images were stored better and our loading speeds were amplified — its architecture was built to improve UX and modular scalability.
What is the team composition?
We mainly communicated with Oleksiy (Account Manager). We also worked with a lead developer and a lead designer from their team.
How did you come to work with Rioks?
We found their team online after searching for available developers in Asia, specifically within Singapore and Hong Kong. Rioks seemed to have both a strong portfolio and experience, and they responded quickly to our inquiries and quotations. During the quotation period, they were transparent in letting us know what services they were going to charge us for — they even allowed us to make compromises depending on our budget. This ability to be flexible in terms of pricing made us trust them all the more, so we were happy to hire their team.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $35,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from March–May 2018. We recently contacted them because we’re looking into redeveloping our website again.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The best testament was that we didn’t find the need to change what they created over the last three years. For a web platform, three years is already a decent time for it to last without any upgrades and refreshes. That was the main metric that mattered to us.Through Rioks’ work, our site traffic increased. Additionally, our members found the new website easier to use, so they were motivated to upload more content.
How did Rioks perform from a project management standpoint?
We mainly communicated through emails, phone calls, and Trello.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were impressed with Rioks’ communication methods. Oleksiy’s personal involvement in the project was especially notable. It was an important skill to have because we were engaged in an ongoing project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their team could show more initiative at the discovery phase of the project. They could look at more modern designs and provide more solutions that we could explore.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Remember to be hands-on in the process. They are a group of independent workers, but they still need to constantly communicate with you in order to ensure that they are translating your own vision into the output.
