I'm a director at a beauty and personal care company. We curate nail beauty and personal grooming tools for both professional and personal use.

We started with a limited ASINs project to recover sales to the previous level and grow the brand on Amazon using a blend of listing and PPC optimization work. The challenge has since evolved to growing our market share, improving margins and increasing sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Today, Rio Roo Consulting handles pay-per-click (PPC) ad management and optimization, PPC campaign creation and maintenance, provides 24/7 dashboard reporting, and also provides monthly reporting and strategic analysis. The scope covers more than 15 Amazon marketplaces.

We work with more Matt the principal, and occasionally one or two teammates from Rio Roo Consulting.

I found Matt through an online search. I spoke with him over Zoom and we connected based on our shared goals, values, and work ethics.
