Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an attorney who uses video marketing to build my law practice. Last year I created a video marketing consulting business to teach lawyers how to use video marketing for their practices.

For what projects/services did your company hire Rialto Marketing?

I hired Rialto to create a focused marketing message for prospective clients of my consulting business.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to create a narrowly drawn marketing message to help attorneys (my target market) understand the value of my services.

How did you select Rialto Marketing?

I looked at the online messaging for several marketing consultants and I chose Rialto because their online presence was internally consistent and freely offered valuable information to prospective clients like me.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Tim (owner of Rialto) and I live in different states so our interaction was via Zoom video conferencing. Tim is very personable and pleasant to work with and we quickly established a rapport. Over several months we met virtually to refine multiple drafts of my marketing playbook. Our discussions were done verbally and via a shared document. Tim quickly identified a solid marketing strategy that would resonate with my target clients and over time we refined that message to the point where I can use it in all online and offline marketing efforts.

What was the team composition?

I primarily worked directly with Tim but his assistant Frane assisted with scheduling and reminders.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over several months, Tim and I refined my marketing message and I am in the process of implementing. I wrote a book about the topic that is with the printer now and I plan to formally launch my consultancy within the next few months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Rialto's system of using Zoom calls and shared documents was an excellent work flow. I am quite busy with my law practice and Tim and Frane had to reach out several times to keep the momentum going.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

My project was not a high dollar engagement for Rialto but I always felt that Tim gave me 100% of his attention and efforts. As noted, Tim and Frane had to reach out to me to keep the project on track. They have a system for pushing projects forward and at no point did I feel that the enthusiasm or energy was fading.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really - this was an excellent experience overall.
