I’m the founder and creative director of a marketing services and content creation agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rhinox Media?

I work with friends and small businesses, and they often need graphic design for their websites, branding, Google Ads, and more.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rhinox Media designs and develops websites for my clients. They also create branding and video content. When I have a project, I’ll run them through the details of what the client does, and we'll discuss whether it should be developed on WordPress or on a different site. Essentially, they use many platforms for website creation, depending on what a certain business needs.

For the graphic design, I send them the creative, and they tweak it to what they feel is best for the audience. They also have a person in charge of shooting drone videos. One of the things they built was our business website.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with different people from Rhinox Media’s team, including a web developer and a graphic designer.

How did you come to work with Rhinox Media?

They seemed to understand what I wanted, instead of just dumping their own creative ideas on me. On top of that, they listened to my vision and fine-tuned it into something that we could put out.

How much have you invested with them?

The total so far is $4,000 or above.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Rhinox Media around June 2019, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The metric that matters to me is client satisfaction, and all of our clients have been satisfied.

How did Rhinox Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually communicate over emails and calls. They've been professional; they respond right away when I need them, and they give me constant feedback on how the project’s going.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with their timely delivery. They’re also very creative in designing what we need for our projects, which makes their outputs stand out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing stands out as areas they could improve. Rhinox Media has been great, and they make adjustments if I don’t like something.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

The client should state their business needs and what the project is. Rhinox Media knows how to listen, and I recommend them to anyone that needs their services.
