I oversee marketing for Green Angel skincare, a luxury brand in Ireland.

For what projects/services did your company hire Revolve Marketing and PR?

We hired them to look after our press releases. We wanted an expert to develop a coherent and well thought out brand image for nationwide release.

What were your goals for this project?

To improve brand awareness and increase our sales, both online and instore.

How did you select this vendor?

We researched PR companies in Dublin that had worked for brands like ours in the past. We wanted to find a company that believed in their values and in our brand too.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They were hired to write and circulate our press releases, using information and imagery supplied by us. They covered both print and online content, with a primary focus on print. We simply proofread and ensure each press release was in line with our business model, then they sent them out to their contact lists.

What was the team composition?

Most of the time, I work one-on-one with Linda (Account Director, Revolve Marketing and PR). She’s very hands-on with our brand and is constantly available. Occasionally, at least three other employees when needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their work has been one of the positive changes to our brand, with a good effect on our sales. Combined with a rebrand and increased marketing budget, we’ve increased our turnover by 45% in the first quarter of the year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Overall, the workflow has been brilliant. Linda has always been helpful and is constantly working on new projects for us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We’re pleased with the amount of individual attention Linda gives our brand. They deliver expert press releases and fantastic coverage, and are always energetic about learning about the brand and working with us on new projects.
