Please describe your company and your position there.

Zoe Expeditions is a start up Tour Community and based in Arusha Tanzania. The Company was founded by two partners Jonas and Michael and I am the Co-founder

For what projects/services did your company hire Revec Cs?

We never had a website before... We are a start up company and we have the best website now.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We needed someone who'd understand what we needed and would be able to provide us with the best possible... Revec Cs was the only choice at the end!

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We're a start up Tours Company based in Arusha and never before had we owned a website. Before the website was designed, Charles (from Revec Cs) adviced that we apply for company registration certification from BRELA to avoid lose in the future in case the proposed company name wouldn't be accepted. After we acquire our certificate from the government, Charles started working on designing and developing the website for us which I'd say is the best!

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we worked with 3, Charles being the project manager, QA resource during the final phase, and two designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

People at Revec Cs do exactly what they say... As previously proposed, the implementation was nothing but very honest. Being a user-friendly and full of information, our website now receives great deal of positive comments from different people and this indicates a positive impact on our goal to achieve recognition in the international marketplace among the best Tour Operators.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication between us and the project development manager was very good. He kept us updated consistently on the progress of the website development at every stage and he made sure that he delivers it to the best of the proposed outcome and on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's amazing how this team understands what their clients want and would do their best to help them. I and my partner almost blamed ourselves for trying to doubt Revec Cs' professionalism and capabilities in designing, user experience and web optimization. We really appreciated that they were very patient and thoughtful when we failed to deliver the required information on time and were always ready to help.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Regardless of the fact that we ran a little bit behind our calendar due to failure to receive our registration certificate from the government, Revec was still able to give us the best of what we expected.

For what projects/services did your company hire Revec Cs, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a web developer, who could match our ideas in developing a website for a start up business. Surely Charles gave his best in the design and the project came out perfectly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Given his experience and highly recommended by other Tour operators around the country, I didn’t hesitate giving him the first priority in designing our company’s website

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The web was well done and perfectly designed. I don’t know the kind of technology that was used because am not good at web developments

We worked with Charles the web developer and his two staffs that we all amazing

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They work came out perfect and the design was amazing

They always listened to the customer, and to say the least, he truly understood the kind of idea and design I needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Customer oriented and they truly respond accordingly and they’re attentive to details that you give them
