Objective goals around number of contacts sourced and reached, opportunity pipeline created, etc
How did you select this vendor?
Cold outreach from one of the founders on LinkedIn. 2-3 discovery calls and then opted in for a 90 day paid pilot.
Describe the project in detail.
It's been some time but after we became a client we had an intake meeting to deep dive in our ICP and how to build searches in Sales Navigator to find leads. Then we discussed the messaging and cadence for outreach via connection requests. We would have weekly syncs to discuss what did/didn't work and iterate when necessary.
What was the team composition?
Initially we worked directly with one of the founders and a team of 2-3 from Retriever who would be executing the work week to week
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within three months we were able to create $500k ARR in new opportunity pipeline, with many of those opportunities 10x our avg size. We also increased our CEO's LinkedIn connections by several hundred, highly qualified prospects/decision makers.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I'd say this is where Retriever really excels. Extremely quick to communicate on our shared Slack channel, detailed weekly meeting notes with goals and progress tracking via Google Docs, detailed notes and updating in Salesforce - Retriever is very detail oriented and process driven. And this is self directed, which is fantastic.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The attention to detail and process - oriented culture.
Are there any areas for improvement?
When starting a new project it can take a little bit of time to hit stride but that could be our fault for working with them part time. I have worked with other similar services and non can compete with the very high level of execution with very little micro managing oversight requires. Highly recommend!
