Our Story

I built IndiaRush, my fashion brand, past $20M on ads. Retention sat under 20%, and it closed in 2019. I started RetainUP to fix retention for other brands, but email alone never stopped subscribers leaving. For a $5M brand losing 22% of subscribers a month, we rebuilt the offer, the delivery frequency and the cancel flow as one system. Churn fell to 9% in 60 days. That became the Subscription LTV Maximizer. Now we only work on subscriptions, and I read every account myself.

The Subscription LTV Maximizer goes live in 30 days, in three 10-day sprints: Activate, Retain, Scale. Early lift shows by week 2 as the first flows start catching subscribers. Cohort retention compounds over 60 to 90 days. If every flow isn't live by day 30, you get a full refund.

It's done for you. You give feedback and approvals on strategy and creative, about 30 to 45 minutes a week. We handle the rest through Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive and Figma, with weekly calls and full project visibility. Rahi works on every account himself.
