What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
User testing went really well, and we’ve won several contests. Most of our users feel the app is extremely easy to use. Our whole brand aims to make recruiting easy and something users could do from their couch. Even though we live in a digital world, there weren’t digital solutions for young applicants looking for work. The app fills that gap.
How did Res.im perform from a project management standpoint?
We didn’t use any project management tools, but they sent breakdowns of the schedule and timelines for projected delivery dates. They were often ahead of schedule and would send us things all the time. We spoke on the phone regularly, and we could review and make changes to anything that didn’t feel right the first time. There was never any pushback, but they were always willing to explain why certain solutions were better than others.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They really listened to what we wanted, and they brought our vision to life. We were in constant communication, and they were always available to answer our questions. The partnership was awesome; they were very supportive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I really enjoyed working with them, and I can’t think of any areas they need to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have an idea of what you want to accomplish and be open to their suggestions. You’re paying them for their expertise, and they may recommend adjustments that will make your product better.
