Lead quality has improved as the website becomes more structured and conversion-focused.
On the reputation side, our online presence has become more consistent and professional, with improved review management and stronger brand credibility across platforms. Marketing efforts have become more targeted and effective, resulting in better audience engagement and increased inquiries. Overall, the work Repuxe has delivered has helped strengthen our digital footprint, build trust with potential clients, and support steady, long-term growth.
We’ve seen an increase in overall website traffic in the range of approximately 25%–35% within the first few months after optimization, along with longer average session duration and lower bounce rates, indicating a better UX and content relevance. Several important service-related keywords have improved in search visibility, with multiple pages moving from lower positions into the first and second pages of search results.
Lead quality has also improved, with a noticeable increase in relevant inquiries coming through the website rather than low-intent traffic. On the reputation side, our review presence has become more consistent and professional, response rates have improved, and overall brand sentiment has strengthened, contributing to higher trust and credibility with prospective clients.
While review ratings vary by platform, engagement with reviews has increased, and feedback trends have become more positive over time. We primarily use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track website performance, including traffic growth, user engagement, search visibility, and keyword performance. For lead tracking, we monitor website form submissions and inquiry sources through our internal CRM and website dashboards.
For reputation and review performance, we track progress using Google Business Profile insights along with platform-level review dashboards to monitor review activity, response rates, and overall brand sentiment. These tools together give us a clear view of improvements across website performance, marketing effectiveness, and online reputation.
