Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Reputation Resolutions ensured that our company was portrayed fairly online. We received a handful of extremely defamatory, negative reviews due to a situation with a former employee. Reputation Resolutions was able to remove many of these reviews (due to their false nature and the content they contained). They were also able to suppress the negative article about our company with true, positive information about who we are, what we do, and what we stand for.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was highly effective. I communicated with my account manager weekly (or more) about the progression of the work. Everyone was transparent and honest with me from the beginning about what to expect, and they delivered everything I was told. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that this team produces.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed with the scope of this company. I had worked with another reputation management company previously and had been told things that did not end up being true. However, with Reputation Resolutions, everyone was true to their word and I received everything I was promised. The team was willing to work with me and ensure that their services were meeting the needs of me and my company.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I am aware of. I had a great experience working with this company and would gladly work with them in the future if the need arises. I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their online image, brand themselves or their company, or handle false or negative publications online.

I’m the chief culture officer and the executive assistant to the CEO at Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions. We are a full-service manufacturing and engineering organization specializing in the assembly and testing of mechanical and electromechanical devices.
