Over the course of the campaigns, Reputation Management Consultants was able to deliver on my goal of having only neutral or positive results for my name’s search engine results. They provided monthly reports detailing my Google search results, and when I reconciled these numbers with my own searches, they always matched.

My only feedback is that I didn’t realize that the first campaign was national and the second local. They might assume that the consumer knows the difference, but I didn’t.

Keep in mind the difference between national and local campaigns. Also, give them any credentials you can for websites or accounts you have. These are just more resources that they can leverage to improve your results. Giving them these logins will help you in the long run.
