A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was responsible for digital marketing at Toshiba TV Europe.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reklam5 Digital Agency?
We worked with them on our SEO and SEM plan.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had three main KPI: organic visitors, bounce rate, and page ranking. We were aware of our main roadmap at the beginning of the project, but we reorganized it during our SEO efforts, together with Reklam5, deciding on which KPI we should focus on and which we should get rid of.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a team from their side consisting of a key account manager, a project manager, an SEO operations specialist, and a Google AdWords analyst and specialist.
How did you come to work with Reklam5 Digital Agency?
We’d worked with other companies on our digital media plan. We decided to kick off with Reklam5 based on their customer reviews.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost was $50,000–$100,000 per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Reklam5 around September 2018. I just left the company, and I’m not sure whether the collaboration is still ongoing. They were still working with the company when I left.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We almost doubled our base KPIs, and we more than doubled queries during the project. We had only positive results from them.
How did Reklam5 Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They were incredibly knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions. We had weekly and monthly meetings, and they were good in terms of responsiveness and communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I have a lot of experience managing agencies, and I can say that Reklam5 was good at performatic topics. We could see differences based on their data knowledge. Most agencies don’t give exact numbers if they’re not really good at them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve the diversity of their knowledge.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I advise establishing good communication with them and questioning the data they provide. If there’s good and instant communication, I think that the results will be good in the long run.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing and export director for Karsan Automotive. We’re a global automotive firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reklam5 Digital Agency?
We needed to renew our website and increase traffic.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Reklam5 Digital Agency completely rebuilt our website to make it more user-friendly. They’ve helped increase our global brand through SEO work. Further, the team has also supported us in conducting keyword research to increase our search engine rankings.
The team is currently working to add five more languages to the website this year.
What is the team composition?
We work with an account manager, two SEO experts, and a few developers.
How did you come to work with Reklam5 Digital Agency?
We searched online and interviewed a few agencies. We liked Reklam5 Digital Agency’s design approach and their plans for SEO strategy. They also had experience with other strong companies, so we ultimately decided to partner with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in March 2018, and it is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since Reklam5 Digital Agency has implemented their strategies, traffic to our website has drastically increased. Last year, we ranked on the first page of Google. There’s been a significant increase, nearly double, in leads overall. Finally, we’ve also been able to extend our international reach to service eight countries, and have expanded our SEO efforts to 15 countries.
How did Reklam5 Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Reklam5 Digital Agency is agile and easy to communicate with.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re a team of specialists within their area. Also, they provide fast service.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing that comes to mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Provide them with detailed requirements and expectations. Reklam5 Digital Agency presents excellent proposals and they’ll help you achieve success within the project.

Digital Marketing & Web Design for Watch Retailer
"They showed ownership as if they also had a financial investment in our project."

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing manager of Welder Watch, leading a team of 8 that manages agencies around the world. Our products are sold online and in physical stores in 11 countries.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reklam5?
Our goal was to sell 1 million watches in 2 years’ time. The challenge was setting up an e-trade site for Welder Watch with a user-friendly and clean design. We wanted our site to be strong enough to compete with popular brands like Cluse or Daniel Wellington, which are the champions of the watch industry in terms of online sales and digital communication. The industry used to be very conventional, but Daniel Wellington became a game changer by building their brand in just 5 years. At that time, we only had a brand name and a logo, so we were starting from scratch.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Reklam5 set up the website for us, handling all of the maintenance, repairs, and improvements. They were also our search engine optimization partner for Turkey. They acted almost as a consultant during the project. The brand and the website are supported by paid social and Google ads, as well as YouTube ads and influencers.
How did you come to work with Reklam5?
We made a pitch to 3 agencies. Reklam5 was the best choice because of their design, budget, and understanding of the project.
How much have you invested with them?
The website cost us around $30,000, but the monthly fee is around $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
They started working on the website in October 2016, and it became active in February 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website won 2 global prizes, the Stevie Awards and the MUSE Awards. We don’t experience any problems with the traffic. Our bounce rates are not high, around 48%, and they vary from country to country and time to time.
How did they perform from a project management standpoint?
They were always on schedule and were good at following up. They made active proposals and contributed strategically to the project by supporting us with their previous experience.
In terms of communication, they were always available through email and phone. They quickly replied when we had urgent issues.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were passionate about the work. They showed ownership as if they also had a financial investment in our project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Initially, we used a local server in Turkey, but we did not anticipate the volume of traffic. Because we were reaching multiple countries and languages, the traffic was very high during the first months. If I knew that the website would work that quickly, I would’ve opted for Microsoft Azur from the beginning and made disaster plans in advance. We’re resolving this now.

Web Dev & UX/UI Design for Turkish Football Club

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of marketing and corporate communications for Trabzonspor SK, one of the leading football clubs in Turkey. It was established in 1967. Since then, Trabzonspor has had some domestic successes as well as major achievements in the European Cup.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reklam5?
We needed to improve the user experience of our main platform. Aside from not being mobile friendly, it was not representing our team’s leadership and dynamic values well. We wanted to have a fully renovated and innovative website for our fans. Through our website, they can get more information about the squad, including daily news, player updates, and investor relations.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Reklam5 developed a responsive UI/UX [user interface/user experience] design. They also built a dynamic CMS [content management system] for controlling and updating all of the content on our platform. They had a CMS panel where the coding was custom-made for our needs. Every step of the process was clearly outlined in our agreement: first design presentation, revisions, the design of each detail page, UI HTML coding, testing, and content entry.
What is the team dynamic?
We were in touch with the head of project management and an account executive. Their team executed all of our requests quickly.
How did you come to work with Reklam5?
We were looking for an agency with a good reputation for user interface design and the capability to deliver a dynamic CMS infrastructure. Reklam5 fit our criteria. In fact, they have received many website design awards globally.
How much have you invested with them?
The total fee was around $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in October 2015, and the site went live in January 2016.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our daily average traffic increased to 10,000 visitors while mobile penetration increased from 40% to 68% in one year. The revised website has allowed us to engage our fans in a whole new way. Fans can follow all the daily news and announcements as well as the fixtures [events] of the sports branches in all league categories. The best part is that all match statistics are integrated with OPTA [sports data company] so that users can view heat maps, player statistics, live match data, and much more. Fans can now engage with the website from all devices as well.
How did Reklam5 perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very organized in terms of the schedule and delivery times. With our new website design, we have won an Outstanding Achievement award from the Interactive Media Awards and a Gold Award from Horizon Interactive Awards this year.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Reklam5 has an analytical team. Their insights on conversion optimization and lead generation led to a well-designed website.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they handled our project very well.

Web Dev & Design for Household Products Retailer
"The team is disciplined and delivers what they promise."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I work for Plastik San, a third-generation family-owned company selling consumer goods in Turkey. Our product range extends from auto care to household and personal care products.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reklam5?
Our website was very old and our corporate image wasn’t up to today’s world. We wanted to upgrade our image as well as have the option of adding e-commerce onto the website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We were aiming to build a website that’s easy to update. They built it and included an admin panel with a set of instructions on how to use it. We also wanted a clean design, for which we gave them our corporate catalogs with the color scheme to follow. With this, they handled all design aspects as well.
Reklam5’s team was very helpful with the process. We have the option of changing the site into an e-commerce one, but at the moment, it’s basically a corporate website featuring our full product range.
Right now, we’re in the process of discussing SEO [search engine optimization]. They have a social media team which will be working with us on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for our three brands—Banat, a brand for manicure and pedicure products called B-Cure, and a condom brand.
What is the team dynamic?
They worked with our IT department for the most part. I initially worked with two of their co-founders, who explained the pricing and what they would be doing. After that, we worked with two developers and two marketing specialists. Throughout the project, we’ve worked with a total of six people on a day-to-day basis.
The code was written in two weeks, and after the layout was done, we had to work one-on-one with the product range listed on it. We either did it face-to-face or through the Excel files they sent us. Overall, it was a smooth process.
How did you come to work with Reklam5?
I found an aquarium website and one about watches, both which Reklam5 had done. We looked at four or five other developers but they weren’t a good fit in terms of pricing and business approach. With Reklam5, we clicked right at the start and they were lenient in terms of pricing as well.
How much have you invested with them?
The total cost was between $30,000–$40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Reklam5 in May or June 2016. We’re in the process of finishing details and I believe Reklam5 will give us training on how to use the admin panel in one or two weeks from now.
We’re not 100% sure if we will choose Reklam5 for SEO and social media, but they’re one of our top three options at the moment.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had a small, friendly wager going on that we would get an award for the website, which happened—we received a Silver Stevie Award.
It was very important for us to get the right amount of traffic, which we discussed with them from the beginning. We had to build our image for B2B and B2C clients first, and then start the SEO and social media efforts. Since we haven’t started this yet, I can’t say my traffic was boosted, but it’s planned for 2019, which is when we’re aiming to launch the e-commerce part.
Because we’ve had some delays, their team has handled updates without any extra charges. Overall, we’re happy with the process.
How did Reklam5 perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re good in terms of project management. I like their face-to-face approach, which they always make time for, scheduling calls or Skype meetings with us. If the person I want to talk to isn’t available, there will be someone else present with an idea of what I’m trying to get an answer about. Usually, it would take a company two or three days to answer an email, but at most, we only wait for two or three hours.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team is disciplined and delivers what they promise. All deadlines have been met, which is a very important thing, especially in our industry. I would rate them an 8/10. We’ve had no problems.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Some of their members could have more experience, but they’re just starting off. We’ve only had a problem with a couple of them, but they’ve been quick to learn. We’ve had no problems with the people who worked on our project from the start.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
We have to evolve. In the current world, the new faces of companies are websites and social media profiles. Manufacturers who have been around for generations tend not to evolve to this stage and have problems with their corporate image. This was a problem we faced, so my main advice would be to evolve.

Web Dev for Picnic Experience Company
“We would not have been able to finish the project without their help.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of uPicnic. We're a picnic experience company that delivers anything clients want to any location within the five boroughs of New York City.
What challenge were you trying to address with Reklam5?
We had an idea for a business, but it wasn’t achievable through Shopify or any other e-commerce site. We reached out to a few developers to see what kinds of services they could provide.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We worked with Reklam5 to structure our business model over a 3–4 month period. We first received designs of the main pages, approved them, then started initial coding. They were helpful in informing us of how long each approach would take and how it would affect our budget.
They determined the kinds of services we needed based on the number of transactions we would have. They also engaged with us in IT consultations.
They helped reflect our core values on the web page by understanding our concepts, branding, and goals.
What is the team dynamic?
We had weekly meetings in the beginning. We worked with their graphic designers, several coders, and also with their management on structuring things based on time-efficiency and cost.
They involved senior coders in the beginning to start the work from scratch. Once we were a year into the project, we started working with junior developers for changes and updates.
Their designer looked over any suggested graphical changes, then got our feedback after execution.
How did you come to work with Reklam5?
We requested quotes from a couple local companies, as well as some in Italy and India, that we thought were reliable and could help us out. We tried working with some teams in India, but they were flaky in terms of timeliness and responsiveness.
Reklam5 has good responsiveness, and their cost makes sense. The first conversation we had with them was very revealing in terms of understanding what we could gain from the collaboration.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $50,000–$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve continued working with them to upgrade our website and create new experiences for our customers.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Reklam5’s help and SEO knowledge helped us gain around 3,000 users and 100 orders in the first year. This metric grew by 200% the following year.
We would not have been able to finish the project without their help. It has been a long-term process.
How did Reklam5 perform from a project management standpoint?
There’s a seven-hour time difference between us because they’re based in Europe. The most difficult part was that we had to go to the office early in the morning to hold conferences with them. It would have been easier if we could've worked within the same hours.
We were fortunate enough to work with the same designer and coder from their team for a long time. We went to the next level after establishing the relationship, which allowed for us to get things cleared out more quickly. We would’ve wasted time going back and forth between each other’s management.
E-commerce sites need constant attention for fixing issues. Although we’re able to reach their team if something happens, it causes a delay when they’re not readily available.
Their project management was great to a certain extent, but we lost track of the project due to an overload of tasks needing to be finished. Once they realized the project was going inefficiently, they reached out to us. We needed clear vision in coming up with a significant cleaning and rearranging solution.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their cost, vision, and approach to each project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their time management could have been a little better, but they were still able to stick to the timeline we agreed to in the beginning. Having technical support who works in the same time zone as us would also be helpful.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I would recommend setting timelines and goals for specific milestones. I suggest checking these regularly to ensure that they’re being efficient.
As a result of the project, each of the client's target KPI's has nearly doubled. completely satisfying expectations for the project. Reklam5 Digital Agency demonstrated incredible expertise in their work, communicating well and managing tasks to make the project easy for their client to manage.
