BACKGROUND

 Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the owner of Your Online Billboard, a fun advertising service.  

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Regent Branding?

There were two main projects. First was brainstorming and creating the main idea of the service and implementing it in a real structure and view. The second task was consulting on and executing promotional campaigns to get clients.

What were your goals for this project?

Our immediate goals were developing our idea and analyzing the market’s structure. I didn’t expect tangible results and numbers for several years.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I used Google to look for a company from western Europe or North America. I chose Regent Branding from a list of 4–5 options.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

At first, when we were brainstorming, we explained our idea to Hamzah (Director, Regent Branding), and he created several solutions. Next, we had 10–12 meetings about how we should build the business, including what we should sell and how much it should cost. Hamzah provided tasks to developers and we would make corrections to their work. When everything was done, he started to promote the service.

What was the team composition?

We only worked with one person, but more people worked on it behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve received exactly what we wanted to this point: good service. The money part is still waiting, but we need time to make the service more popular. When that happens, it will be like lightning. Hamzah helped us create something fun and totally unique.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We didn’t have any problems or delays. Sometimes we even had meetings late at night. We were happy with the results we reached.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They just worked well. We had problems with many companies we worked with previously, like missing meetings or not responding. In the two years we’ve worked with Regent, we haven’t had any issues.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It might better to work directly with team members, but I’m not sure.
