Reel Impact Media is a Sydney-based video production and live event company for clients who want things done properly, without the drama.
Founded by Evan Zell, Reel Impact Media grew out of broadcast and live production, which means planning ahead, building in redundancy and staying calm when things don’t go to plan. From single-camera corporate shoots to full multi-camera live events, the focus is always on making the process smooth and the end result look effortless.
Services span corporate and branded video, TV commercials, social content, event coverage, keynote and conference filming, video podcasts and professional live streaming. Live production and event coverage is a core strength, with cameras, vision switching, sound, PA systems, microphones and lighting all designed to work together, so what happens on stage translates cleanly to screens, streams and recordings.
Licensed drone services are a major part of the toolkit, including experience with operations over people and complex environments. All aerial work is conducted under CASA regulations and regularly supports live events, construction sites, urban locations and promotional shoots safely, legally and without cutting corners.
Reel Impact Media also specialises in construction time-lapse, delivering long-term, professionally managed systems for commercial and infrastructure projects.
These are often paired with progress photography, drone coverage and milestone videos to give clients a clear, visual record of a build from day one to handover. The work spans a wide range of industries — corporate, government, health, education, construction, manufacturing, sport, arts and live events — which means fewer surprises and better problem-solving on the day. Clients don’t come to Reel Impact Media for flashy promises.
