Our aim was to upgrade our UI/UX experience and aspects of our technology stack. We were implementing some new features and digital cases for our website. We wanted a vendor with expertise in both design and development to help us ensure everything works well from a user experience perspective.

We were looking for a full-service team with knowledge of digital marketing to help us capture the many aspects of our organization more cohesively on our website and meet the users’ needs.

We described the concept and handed wireframes to RedRocket agency. They conducted the research and we also provided our own data. RedRocket redesigned our website, reorganized the structure, and added additional features. It was an iterative process where they went back and forth in order to come up with what we wanted to build.

I worked directly with Ruslana (CEO, RedRocket) a Lead designer and Senior web developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our previous website needed a complete redesign as it was out of date. We are satisfied with the wide range of options they provided. They come up with interesting design angles with very creative flows. We are currently in the developing stage, but I’m sure that the website is going to be beautiful and intuitive.

We had regular online meetings after each sprint and the lead designer was incredibly responsive in helping us fix problems we may have created. We did a lot of the work over email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are responsive and have the ability to build on WordPress efficiently. They take the best practices from their experience in order to meet the client’s needs and find a unique approach to each one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had no issues with them. They’re exceptional in terms of planning the engagement.

We targeted initially the US market, so they implemented the proper website migration to another domain that was more suitable for this market. Starting with the SEO audit of the website and niche, they crafted the comprehensive keyword research and the sitemap. Further, they implemented all technical fixes for our Shopify eCommerce website that incredibly improved our website health score in Semrush and Ahrefs. On the basis of competitive research, they implemented a new website structure that will help to reach the target audience and acquire potential leads. Currently, we proceed to work on editorial and link-building campaigns.

We are working with their SEO expert, outreach manager, and Shopify website developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are satisfied with all the improvements over the previous months. The website required numerous technical fixes and now we see significant results thanks to their SEO technical optimization. So, we expect continued improvement in metrics in the next few months.

The updates are provided monthly with all the reports regards changing metrics attached. Their SEO expert is great, responds immediately, and sends us suggestions due to the marketing strategy.

The level of expertise, timeliness, and customer service are great! They are one of the few digital marketing agencies that don't offer excuses but rather solutions.

Our goal was to improve our search engine rankings and increase online presence in Google. Also, we had an aim to detect the main priorities and goals in the following digital marketing strategy.

We were struggle to find the proper SEO strategy and website structure in order to be competitive and meet the users' intention and needs. RedRocket agency got started by in-depth keyword researching and auditing our niche and website.

Upon completion of their analysis, they provide us the digital marketing strategy and completed some technical fixes which we weren't aware of. They've identified and provided new keyword opportunities and blog content strategy.

Currently, we are on the stage of implementing the recommended website structure and creating a new SEO optimized content based on their briefs.
