We are a creative media company and provide creatives for corporate advertising (Print, TV, Online). I'm the Director of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire RedCube Digital Media Pvt. Ltd.?

We hired Redcube digital for online needs, from web designing to creating elaborate online profiles for our clients.

What were your goals for this project?

To establish our client's online profiles and promote their businesses on various platforms, formal and casual, Linkedin to Youtube Facebook, etc. We did the creatives and designed the campaigns whereas Redcube digital executed everything in a professional and timely manner and got the desired results and reach the campaigns required.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We did meetings with quite a few vendors as we did with Ajay the director of Redcube digital. It was the energy of the team, Ajay's in-depth understanding of the online medium that made us decide to go with Redcube digital. These things were very important as we were to outsource part of the job that we were liable for. Once the work started it was their timely delivery, work under pressure of timely release of the creatives, start or stop the campaign. They reverted to every query and changes very quickly and that made the campaigns run smoothly and on time. All the reports were submitted with extensive details, who visited, demographics, when, what time people visited the post the most, who all saw, etc etc, which gives you so much confidence to plan your subsequent campaigns.

Like I informed earlier, right from website designing to hosting and providing cloud space and management to running online campaigns to promote our client's businesses online.

What was the team composition?

Ajay is the head of business and a very sharp mind. Malika was the client servicing person (She has a good sense of creative so it was very easy to work with her) Pooja is the head of design, she is excellent with layouts, etc.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Some of our campaigns have received Awards and have been received immensely well by our clients and the viewers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The online part of the project was all taken care of by the Redcube digital team, that was the best part, we didn't have to think about that, we could freely concentrate on making our creatives and that's what made our campaigns click with everyone.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They don't shy away from hard work and the feeling of being a team player.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is always scope for improvement in every sphere if you don't then you become stagnant and redundant. I think can improve upon their capabilities of creative writing, they don't have someone specifically for that in the team. But if they do then we will be out of business, so it works well as it is for all in the family.
