I’m the managing director of a digital agency. We handle web design, graphic design, digital marketing, and other related functions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rebus Design?

We commissioned them to design our logo and brand materials.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start the process, we met remotely with Richard (Director & Owner) so he could gauge what we were trying to achieve and put forward relevant suggestions. We had two one-hour sessions like this. After these sessions, he put together their initial ideas for our logo and brand elements. We gave him our feedback and he updated the materials accordingly.

What is the team composition?

We worked directly with Richard. He has a team behind him, but since our project was pretty small we only worked with him.

How did you come to work with Rebus Design?

We were familiar with their firm prior to the engagement and knew that they were experts in branding. Even though we’re a digital agency, logo and branding work is a very specialized field. Through his team’s body of work, Richard demonstrated that he understood the field well and would be a great fit for us.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about £4,000–£5,000 (approximately $5,500–$6,900 USD) with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together for three weeks in April 2020. We’re now exploring some new projects with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The logo they delivered is versatile and works well with several color schemes. This versatility provides a strong testament to our business’ ability to operate in different service sectors. They also did a great job of implementing our ideas into the final product. Richard basically took what was in our minds and transformed it into brand materials.

How did Rebus Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a good job keeping the project on track, even with everything being done virtually. We communicated via Zoom, email, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail translates into professional, high-quality work. They really understood what we were looking for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that they could improve. They provided a professional, efficient service and delivered great value for money.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Come up with a vision of what you’re trying to achieve before meeting with them. If you can explain your goals to them in the initial meeting, they’ll work to bring those goals to life.
