I'm a motivational coach and have my own podcast.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reach Absolute, and what were your goals?

My goals were:

1. Have a nice looking, functional website that is easy for visitors to navigate and listen to my podcast on there.
2. Have social media content created & automated.
3. Have someone help me with creating my podcasts & videos that go with them.
4. Have someone edit my podcasts & videos that go with them. That is what I hired them to do.

SOLUTION

How did you select Reach Absolute and what were the deciding factors?

I selected them because they were highly recommended and they can handle all of my needs. They don't just do web design, do can do everything I need. I didn't have to hire a bunch of different people and deal with coordinating payments to all of them, communication to all of them, etc. They are all in one, so they do anything I need.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I don't really know all of the technical stuff. They created a wordpress site for me that integrated a podcast player, social media sharing, videos, content submission forms, etc. They also created both graphics and text for my social media.

They automated it so it posts for me regularly. They edit my podcasts and create videos. And they've done a bunch of other things for me over the years too. Running ads, setting up social media profiles, finding me advertisers for my podcast, etc.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with 1 person, this was always the main point of contact for me. They assign you just one person to make things simple and easy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I had no podcast, no website before.. Starting from 0 and now I have over 30k listeners and advertisers.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

They use email, phone, teamviewer and Google docs mostly with me. Sometimes we text if I needto ask a quick question. They are very friendly, kinds and get back to me in 1-48 hrs depending on the urgency of what I need. If it's urgent, I get quick replies. If it's not and something more detailed, they let me know it will take them a bit longer before I can get a detailed reply.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They do everything I could ever need. I am busy enough, I don't have time to set up stuff with a bunch of different people. It's easy to deal with one person and saves me time. I feel really lucky I found them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No!

I’m the owner of a bookkeeping company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reach Absolute?

I needed help with the digital component of my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They work on my WordPress website, social media marketing, campaign strategy, and graphic design.

For my website, I had an old one that wasn’t working well, and they redesigned it. On the social media side, they just ask me about my business. Then, they come up with the headings and the paid advertisements. We mostly advertise on Facebook and it’s been great. Anytime I need a graphic for the site or for Facebook, I just ask them to do it.

What is the team composition?

We work with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with Reach Absolute?

An old family friend recommended them when I decided to start my own business.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent at least $10,000 over the years.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2015, and our work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When I started out, I didn’t have a lot of clients, I just had a few regulars. Now, I’m pretty booked. I can’t take anymore clients. I had to stop running ads because they’ve helped me get so much new business.

How did Reach Absolute perform from a project management standpoint?

They always contact me if they need anything. Their communication is great, and always keep me in the loop.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They take all of the things I don’t know how to do off my plate. They can do just about anything I ask for. They’re always very encouraging and want to see me succeed. It feels like they’re cheerleaders in my corner. I’m very grateful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I hadn’t been referred to them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s important to know what you want and what you’re looking for. You don’t need to be an expert in any of these categories, and it’s important to have some idea of what you want to be accomplished.
