We just had a 3 block website that didn't work and looked terrible. We turned to ReDo to get our website revamped and help us attract customers online. The team made us a design concept, website design, and afterwards it was built and connected all the necessary integrations for choosing a psychologist.

The very existence of the site was important to us. So, it works, clients can conveniently sign up, that's the most important thing.

We had a telegram chat where we could ask any question or drop a task and the manager would answer us

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Number of edits and variations. Designers have made just an incredible number of concepts. And then they fixed them. There are 5 of us on the team who interacted and everyone has a different flavor. And everyone liked the site they created.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Re-Do could have done differently?

Probably more explaining my decisions. It was not always clear why they were proposing this or that design solution. I would like them to send an explanation right away, not during the call

We have a small team and needed a contractor to make changes to the website. Fast, inexpensive and efficient. That's exactly what the guys did

Changes were made within 24 hours. The team also suggested edits that affect the conversion rate.

We had a chat room on wotzap that had a manager on it. We would write tasks to him, and he would report back. At the end of the month, we were given a report on hours and the cost of the work.

We appreciate their speed. Other contractors made changes within a couple days. But here, minor edits were made within 2 hours. And complex ones within a day

The guys created the first version of the site for us to test the demand. They came up with the structure and logic themselves and wrote all the texts. We got a huge conversion rate of 30%. And then they redesigned the site when we released the app. And we got a conversion rate in the neighborhood of 40%. They did everything on a turnkey basis. We were not involved at all.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website conversion rate was 37% from visitor to beta test application!

Very cool management system. On the call, they told me how everything would work. Then, we were given access to Noushen, where we could see the stages of the work. At each new important point, we were sent a letter and offered a call. There was also a manager in the Telegram chat room, but we hardly ever used it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Definitely a marketing focus. The guys cared about our sales and conversion goals. And they were responsible for them. We were initially worried that the design came out simple, but they assured us that the conversions would be top-notch, and they didn't lie.  So, it was the marketing approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Re-Do could have done differently?

Perhaps they should have done turnkey advertising. I would order that service if there were one. They help, but they don't customize it, which would be cool.
