To delve into the specifics, the scope of work involved a meticulous analysis of our existing e-commerce platform to identify areas for improvement. RBM Software Inc. collaborated closely with our team to craft a detailed roadmap for the replatforming process, outlining the steps needed to achieve our objectives

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the invaluable assistance of the RBM team, we reached a significant milestone through the redesign of our top-of-the-funnel shopping pages. This project was instrumental in enhancing our user engagement and conversion rates. Throughout 2023, we were able to accomplish an impressive total of 123 releases, a testament to the dedication and expertise of the engineers and quality testers from RBM.

RBM Software Inc.'s project management approach was nothing short of impressive. Throughout our collaboration, they consistently delivered items on time, if not ahead of schedule. Their organization and attention to detail ensured that every milestone was met without any delays. 

What truly stood out was their responsiveness to our needs. Whenever we had questions, concerns, or needed adjustments to the project scope, their team was incredibly prompt and accommodating. They maintained open lines of communication, keeping us updated on progress and promptly addressing any issues that arose. 

Their ability to adapt to changes and proactively manage potential roadblocks is commendable. We always felt supported and confident in their ability to deliver a high-quality product/service that met our requirements.

We are working to modernize and systemize our SKU mapping process. We are migrating SKU level detail from our content management system provider (BCC) and additional home grown applications, and into an a stand alone tool.

Elimination of manual work streams and data integrity.

The team absolutely responded to our needs by developing a stand alone tool to manage our International SKU assortments. Provided excellent guidance and consultation services and worked hand and hand with business parters to ensure application met our needs. The project is still ongoing as we work to convert our North American SKU assortment into tool. Once complete we anticipate this will be about a 40% reduction in SKU mapping freeing up team for value add work.
