The analytical portal for the State Customs of Ukraine contains two analytical modules: the complaints and inquiries module and the module of trade turnover of Ukraine with other countries worldwide.
You can find the following information on the portal:
- complaints statistics: Which region is the most complained of? How long does it take to process complaints? How satisfied are the service users with the complaint processing and outcome?
- trade turnover: import, export, balance;
- volume of taxable imports by each product group and by country;
- revenues to the state budget, with breakdown by duty, excise duty, VAT;
- analysis of goods, which are imported and exported by Ukraine, with breakdown into country, region, country of origin, customs office;
- ratings according to all criteria;
- customs value of goods (minimum, average and maximum), import revenue per unit of goods;
- geo-analysis of positive and negative trade balance;
- import and export structures;
- dynamics in metrics.
The portal was developed on the basis of Qlik Analytics Platform
RBC Group supported the initiative of the Prozorro service’s founders to create e-procurement system with unique hybrid model of pre-threshold procurements. The purpose was to make the procurement process as transparent as possible and to give everyone an opportunity to receive information on any tender whether as reports or tables.
RBC Group, has delivered services, expertise, software licensing and support that allowed MVP to be deployed in a public access within a month from the date of BI project commence. Ongoing development and support was provided in line with core system development and regulatory changes in the procurement area, ensuring conformity of BI system with new procurement procedures, growing requirements, data volume and users. Transparency International Ukraine remains a product owner for the public procurement BI system, while RBC Group delivers ongoing support and development.
The module allows to analyze the rate of incidence, suspected cases, the number of active carriers, recovery and fatal cases, taking into account the population in each region, the number of beds in hospitals and ventilators. The module allows to conduct not only monitoring but also other researches, comparing the epidemic in different countries according to any combination of indicators. The data is displayed in interactive maps, graphs and dashboards. It is also possible to analyze the situation in the course of time, as of a specific date.
The module is developed on Qlik BI platform.
RBC Group in cooperation with American partner FairFax Intel, finished the project, based on AI technology for Charlotte City Club, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.
The aim of this project was to reduce the loss of club members and improve the quality of customer service.
The strategy of pursuing goal is grounded on comprehensive analysis of the club members’ behavior, forecasting of their loss and analyzing results of customer retention. Qlik Sense BI platform and R integrated suite of software facilities were used for this project.
Under the project, our team analyzed the information from the client’s cards and history of the client’s membership in the club. All this data were extracted from Qlik Sense database, using R tools, after that the data were further cleared and enriched to obtain factors that may affect the termination of membership in the club. In total 32 factors were identified which were rated for each member of the club. These data were used for learning process of neural network in order to determine the probability of membership termination in the club.
The forecast obtained by the neural network on the probability of each member’s churn and factors influencing it, was uploaded to Qlik Sense BI platform, where management and analysts could analyze information about club members who are highly likely to leave in the future. The application allows you to track both key performance indicators and discover detailed data on individual club members, sorting out members in groups, identifying trends and formulating targeted offers for these members in order to keep them.
The open data public service was developed on Qlik Sense BI platform. It stored information and statistics on the return of Ukrainian citizens home because of the coronavirus pandemic.
In real-time, you can view the location and number of Ukrainians who wish to return home, as well as the options for coming back.
Burger King, fast food chain in Belarus has chosen Qlik platform as a system for business analysis.
During the implementation of the system, the following applications were developed: "Analytical application of the load on restaurants" and "Application for the analysis of checks".

Parimatch has chosen Qlik Sense system to build corporate business analysis system. With the help of the Qlik Sense BI platform, a whole range of analytical tasks were solved, which ultimately increased the quality and speed of management decisions. In particular, Qlik platform solved a number of tasks of the marketing department.
The main aim of the project was to analyze the client's path, having considered in detail each of its stages: actions on advertising platforms, behavior on the site, the path from the client to the lead.
Parimatch will implement the system itself, with the technical support of RBC Group.
