We hired Raven to help build our digital onboarding for a new product launch. The digital onboarding had to be built modular to ensure that it could be used for other products later on. Raven assisted us with a brief initial discovery and with the technical execution afterwards. The Raven team worked closely with our internal teams.

The project is advancing according to its initial planning. Additionally, using an mvp we have already started onboarding clients to the new credit card using a hybrid digital/ sales rep method.

They are very quick to respond to specific security needs. Project management has been tight.

Key responsibilities included product launch coordination, market penetration planning, and the development of effective business strategies. Their focus was on generating significant customer acquisition, which resulted in an impressive achievement of acquiring more than 115,000 customers within a year.
