I’m the president of an eCommerce provider. We operate a variety of sites.

For what reason(s) did your company hire Rave Infosys?
We really needed a one-stop shop to help with several issues, especially with handling the order process and supply chain integration.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed to deploy our site quickly so that we could manage the volume of orders coming in.

How did you select this vendor?
We have used other vendors in the past, so we knew what to watch out for. We considered several vendors but it all boiled down to who offered the shortest time for taking our site live. We also looked at who paid attention to detail and was attentive to our requests.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It’s still early but we do know that our time to serve will be greatly reduced and we can now scale up to a level we would never have accomplished before.
Rave has excellent developers and is cost-effective. They also had a very short deployment time for Magento Enterprise Cloud.
