BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am co-founder of a precision agriculture startup with 6 employees. We develop technology for farming operations and I specifically manage business development and sales/marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Rapidly Agency?

We hired Rapidly for branding, marketing and logo redesign. None of the team  have training in the area and were very strapped for time so Rapidly was able to redesign our logo, procure us a booth demo and other flyers.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a professional booth, logo and flyers/promotional material for various tradeshows and investment venues to help drive sales/investment

How did you select this vendor?

We had developed a business relationship with Nick at Rapidly early on in our company's life. Nick originally reached out to us for an introduction to him and his company and we kept in touch for many months until we had a project that we wanted to offload to a professional agency.

-Design new logo and aesthetic for company based on branding vision of founders -Develop flyers for both investment forum and sales forum -Design and procure booth banners and set-up for investment and sales forum

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We scheduled 6 investor meetings after our initial show with Rapidly's work and still use the material developed by the Rapidly team at all of our venues.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Nick was phenomenal to work with - he was always available and so patient with our repeated changing of minds. Primarily we communicated through email and phone, and Nick managed all schedules and expectations in a great manner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Most impressive about Rapidly was their level of professional quality work balanced with quick turnaround and patient workflow. They are by far the most understanding and flexible vendor we have worked with. Nick truly prioritizes his customers and it shows.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Overall the experience of working with rapidly was great. A more formalized review process of the items would have benefited both parties
