We had been having a problem for over a year and had no idea where to start. We hired other audits, but without success. I found them through a Google post about a drop due to Google's algorithmic audit, and that was exactly the problem we were facing. I contacted them requesting a complete audit, covering both on-page and off-page SEO, and they delivered the best work I have ever seen, very well explained and detailed point by point.
