I am the Marketing Communications Coordinator of a Managed IT Services company. IT Radix provides small- to medium-sized New Jersey businesses with fully outsourced computer service and network support.

We hired Rank Magic to provide SEO services to improve our rankings and grow traffic to our existing web pages.

We maintain our website and blog articles in-house and need to stay competitive in our SEO and rankings. We hired Rank Magic on an ongoing basis to consult and assist in determining optimum ways to direct traffic to our website.

Deliverables include:

• Keywords (identifying optimum keywords to use)
• Reciprocal link building
• monthly reporting & statistics (compared to competitors)
• Recommendations for enlisting in regional directories and listings to showcase our blog posts, articles and books/publications.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the SEO efforts, we're ranking on the 1st page for several keywords and our site traffic is steadily growing.

Communication and followup have been great! We typically communicate via email (with an occasional phone call). Rank Magic provides detailed monthly reporting that identifies how we compare with our competitors. Along with the reporting, Rank Magic also provides recommendations on regional directories and listings that we can take advantage of to attract companies to our website as well as promote our blog articles and publications/books.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

1. Their professional and frequent communication and responsiveness are appreciated.
2. In addition to sending us detailed monthly reports, Rank Magic also includes recommendations on regional directories and listings to join and provides detailed information on how to proceed (they make it as easy as possible for us to get started).
3. We also appreciate how they recently did some unrequested/unsolicited work on our behalf to tweak optimization for our "Managed IT Services" keywords.
4. Rank Magic also initiates and facilitates creating reciprocal links with other organizations.
