Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m marketing coordinator for a uniform manufacturer and distributor that’s been in business for over 20 years.
What challenge were you trying to address with Randall Branding Agency?
Prior to my time here, they helped us rebrand and rename our company. I came on board while we were still using the old name but the process was underway.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Randall Branding Agency designed our new logo and our new identity. They gave us a new brand guide, including templates for business cards, letterheads, and stationery. We worked closely with them as we redesigned our website to showcase the new logo and brand. They provided the basis and the skeleton for what the site should look like and how it should be structured. We took their input and suggestions and based the refresh on their creative direction. Then our in-house IT staff internally executed and developed the new site. They also worked closely with us to coordinate photo shoots for the website.
Since then, they've been a marketing and design partner for us. They provide ongoing guidance and assistance for print collateral, trade show materials, and customer mailings. We haven't used them much the last few months, but they're in our budget for this year. We’re planning on reaching out to them for SEO assistance and website refresh.
What is the team composition?
We've worked with as many as 3–4 individuals over the years, including an account executive who is our main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Randall Branding Agency?
They were already partnering with us when I came on board. I'm not sure how they were found as I wasn't part of that conversation.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $50,000–$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2015, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It's been a good partnership. The rebrand was an excellent process. We got a lot of positive feedback about our new look and logo.
How did Randall Branding Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
If I had to put it on a 10-point scale, I'd give them an 8 or 9. There's been a couple of hiccups but mostly things that were out of their control. In general, they’re great. Our account executive is really good about reaching out often.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Randall Branding Agency’s skill set is quite large. They have a lot of knowledge and experience in many fields. We can go to them for a number of different topics related to marketing. They pack a lot of punch even though they're small compared to other agencies in the area.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, nothing comes to mind. We haven't needed their services on a regular basis for the last few months, but we're getting ready to reach out to them soon.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They're so easy to work with. There's many touch points when you’re working with them on active projects.
