The primary goal of this project is to craft a compelling brand personality and identity for Murf AI that aligns with the company's vision, objectives, and target audience. The brand will portray a modern, trustworthy, and cutting-edge image while reflecting the evolution from a tool to a full-fledged business solution.

Key Objectives:

User Upmarket Movement: 
Shift the brand perception from prosumer to mid-market, targeting high ACV (from <$5k to $10k-$100k) customers.

Product Evolution: 
Establish Murf AI as a comprehensive business solution, catering to text, video, and audio content creation, with a focus on simplifying multimedia workflows and localization (dubbing) capabilities using generative AI. At the moment, Murf AI solves for Voice generation only.

Contemporary Saas Buyer Connection: 
Create a brand identity that resonates with modern and progressive Saas buyers, positioning the company as innovative, cool, and generative AI-driven. Few examples we look up to - Stripe, Github, Figma, and Notion.

Differentiation & Trust: 
Craft a brand personality that distinguishes Murf AI from competitors, emphasising quality of output, high trust, ethics, security, and reliability.

Significant upgrade in Brand Identity & Visual design.

Their project management was satisfactory. The project manager always kept us informed about the wins, progress and challenges. Here is how I would rate the experience with the project management

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their brand personality exercises and visual design process. Overall, Ramotion has phenomenal strength in understanding Brand needs, goals and designing a personality that has great chance to resonate with the brand's customers. However, the expectations on copywriting and web development should have be managed better to avoid surprises in the last minute.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ramotion could have done differently?

I think they should improve their pace of delivery by creating bias for action. They spend a lot of time on researching & proposals but less time actioning and hence the end output gets delayed or sometimes comes out with low quality.
