Cybersecurity Logo and Design System
Lirex is a leading Bulgarian IT innovation company that builds cutting-edge solutions for supporting businesses' IT infrastructure, performance, and security needs.
We created for them logo redesign and a new corporate identity that was further developed into a brand book document.

Multilingual Responsive Landing Page
We created a multilingual responsive landing page for the initiative which combines the need to both see and nominate potential Changemakers. We built an interactive map of each of them with React using GatsbyJS. This allows visitors to easily sort and contact each driver of change that has been successfully nominated via the platform.

Web Landing Page Development
To accommodate the Innovation ship initiative, we built a responsive landing page from scratch with the help of Webpack and Tailwind. Our role included the design, development, and implementation of various svg animations to complete the look. We also created custom counters for the number of participating companies.

E-commerce Project by Ralev.com
We made a custom WooCommerce theme with very specific product pages, including custom amount and discount logic. The frontend was specifically created to maximize conversions and present a seamless checkout flow. The website was built with fast load times in mind, hence the use of VPS, CDN, caching, and other mechanisms to give any user a very snappy experience.

Supermarket Chain Flexible Branding
The project was created in 2010 and developed in 8+ years. The rebranding included logotype redesign and logomark design, full branding system development based on a family of 332 icons, packaging design, outdoor and interior branding.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a brand design and content consultant, focusing on the online casino industry. They communicate their situations to me, and I relay them to agencies.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ralev.com Digital Design Agency?
I’ve worked with them on two projects for two different brands.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve used Ralev as our main digital agency for all branding. They’ve designed print material like business cards, merchandise, banners for conference booths, social media images, and more.
Both projects have progressed similarly. We start by giving Ralev a brief on the logo and current company branding. Then, we'll proceed with tasks such as profile images for social media.
What is the team composition?
Alex (Branding & Project Management) is our project manager. We work with 1–2 other people, depending on the task.
How did you come to work with Ralev.com Digital Design Agency?
Mark (Creative Director) organized a design society in Bulgaria, and I followed it closely because I'm quite interested in the subject. I also found them through their Facebook group and saw that they’d handled similar projects in the casino industry.
How much have you invested with them?
The overall cost over the years exceeds $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Ralev in 2015. We have an ongoing project with them and are looking to use them on 1–2 other projects.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Website aesthetics and branding is very important in the casino industry, and we’re happy with what Ralev has delivered.
How did Ralev.com Digital Design Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
Alex is approachable, and we’ve become friends over the years. We’ve used Teamwork and Skype for communication. For urgent tasks, we communicate with phone calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very friendly and positive people. That’s helped us build a long-term relationship.
They’re always looking to experiment and improve their services. For example, they designed a 3D-printed figure for us as an innovative, experimental deliverable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing I could mention at this point. We’re really happy with them, and that’s why we’re continuing to work together.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
When working with a digital design agency, it’s important to write detailed briefs, with examples. Ralev can offer guidance, but the project will run faster if they know what the client wants.

Logo & Brand Book for IT Company
“We were always informed where they are and what they were working on.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the strategic development manager and the head of the sales and marketing team for an IT company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ralev.com Digital Design Agency?
We hired Ralev to help us with branding. We needed a new logo and brand book.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created a new logo for us. They also did a brand book which consisted of designs of various business cards, email templates, brochure templates, and a logo book. We tracked each section of the brand book as it was done section by section. We had several options for each and chose the best option.
What is the team composition?
I was in contact with two people. One was a general project manager and our point of contact, and the other person was involved more in initial scheduling.
How did you come to work with Ralev.com Digital Design Agency?
I was familiar with their work and we needed some branding work, so we contacted them.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent around $15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2019 and we finished in February 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I like their ideas and how they would present them as well as explain why they chose the design that they did, and how it all aligned with our company in terms of values and in terms of the branding message.
How did Ralev.com Digital Design Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
They were excellent. We were always informed where they are and what they were working on, as well as when they would be finished.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The brand book was very well matched between what we wanted to say and the design they created.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In the beginning, we lost a little bit of time looking over ideas about logo design that was very far off from what we had so far. Maybe we could have stuck more to just refreshing what we currently had. At the same time, it did help, so I don’t know if it is really an area for improvement.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I think any company will get the best results when they have a really straightforward and clear message that they want to covey with their design. Make sure that the team understands what the message is; if they do, Ralev will deliver a good job.

Web Dev, Branding & Video Production for Trading Company
"They really take the time to understand the product and the market we want to reach."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re a private trading company. Our portfolio includes products for security and defense. I'm the director of special projects. I’m part of the sales department, and I deal with projects related to defense equipment.
What challenge were you trying to address with Ralev.com?
I’ve been with the company since 2009, and our relationship with Ralev.com started when my company was founded, in 2006. Over the years, their team has provided us with several solutions for exhibitions, new or redesigned websites, company brochures, and video material.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve gone through 6–7 website redesigns with Ralev.com. The website we’re using right now was built completely from scratch, on the WordPress platform. We were looking for a nice and clean design, and to separate our products and solutions into categories.
Ralev.com implemented the option to make requests directly from the website. If anyone’s interested in our products and solutions, they can send us the requirements then and there, as they’re looking at the website.
They’ve done 5–6 video materials for us, namely company videos describing our products and solutions. They’ve made 10–15 brochures or leaflets. Right now, we have four separate company brochures for defense, aviation, and off-grid power solutions, along with our overall company portfolio.
Ralev.com has prepared the design of our company stands over the years for different exhibitions. They’ve done around 20 rollup banners for us, as well as company business cards, marketing materials like pens, and other gifts that we send to partners and customers.
We typically have opening meetings where Ralev asks us about the project and how we see it proceeding. After they get the feedback from our side, they’ll give us 2–3 options for moving forward.
What is the team composition?
We work with 3–4 people from their side depending on the project type.
How did you come to work with Ralev.com?
My company was already working with them when I came on onboard. We will typically look at 2–3 companies when starting a new project, but Ralev.com has always been the best choice for us.
It’s not only a matter of time and budget, but of how we get along with their team. Sometimes, it’s very difficult to explain what exactly we want, but we’ve always gotten the best results from them.
How much have you invested with them?
Our last website and company brochures cost around $10,000. The overall cost of their services is $50,000–$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in 2006, and our engagement is ongoing. We turn to Ralev.com depending on our needs.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We keep statistics on our marketing campaigns, and we get feedback from partners and customers on our materials. We had an event in 2018 or 2019 for a specific aviation product. Together with Ralev.com, we came up with a brochure that illustrated exactly how the product worked.
There were a lot of people coming every day during the exhibition, and, even if we didn’t have the time to explain the product to each one, we just handed them the brochure. We got really good feedback on it.
How did Ralev.com perform from a project management standpoint?
We use email on a daily basis, we talk on the phone, and we have meetings at different phases of a project, either at their office or ours.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They really take the time to understand the product and the market we want to reach, and, in the end, they really get what we want.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not at the moment. They improve with each new project.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Go right ahead and work with Ralev.com. It’s never been a hassle for me or my colleagues to work with them in terms of explaining the scope and going through the process.
The team's knowledge of the industry and dedication to cultivating a best-fit brand aesthetic allowed them to be successful in both completed branding projects. They've exceeded expectations by including innovative branding assets among deliverables, including a 3D-printed figure design.
