Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder and doctor of audiology at the Tinnitus Treatment Center. We help patients suffering from the debilitating condition known as tinnitus.

We needed to make SEO-related modifications to our existing website.

We wanted to get greater visibility online, which we hoped would translate into more website visitors, patients, and, of course, revenue.

We interviewed several SEO agencies and ultimately chose Raleigh SEO Company based on a recommendation from one of their existing clients in the medical field.

Describe the project in detail.

We knew we wanted to achieve first-page rankings on Google, but we weren't sure what keywords we ought to focus on. After speaking with their founder, we learned which keywords were worth pursuing and which ones weren't based on our budget. Once we agreed on the project scope, we started the project and let them work their magic.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with their founder for the SEO piece and their web designer for the website improvement piece.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

We were quite happy with our results, going from not having enough patients every week to having more than we can handle; we've since started referring our excess clients to other audiologists we trust. Looking back over the past few years working with them, I can easily say we've doubled our patients and revenue.

How did the Raleigh SEO Company perform from a project management standpoint?

They take care of everything and send us a report showing us the progress we’ve made each month. We also discuss increasing our monthly SEO budget to pursue other keywords.

What impresses you about the Raleigh SEO Company?

I enjoy working with the owner of the business as he didn't try to sell me things I knew I didn't need, which his competitors tried to push on us. They’ve been doing search engine marketing since 1998, and it shows in the breadth of their knowledge. Most importantly though, they get results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In the beginning, we asked for daily email reports, which they gladly provided. After a while, we asked them to only send monthly reports as we couldn't keep up with all the information and data they were sending our way.
