I needed someone to develop my website so that I could generate leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Radius Inbound helped me design and develop my website using WordPress. I asked them to create a generic website with some basic features such as a contact page. They provided SEO services and set up goals and analytics. I also asked them to create a Facebook account.

I worked with the owner of Radius Inbound, a designer, and a developer. I had one point of contact.

How did you come to work with Radius Inbound?

I knew them personally. I chose them because of our initial interaction.

I spent less than $5,000 on their services.

We worked together from July–September 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Radius Inbound delivered what they promised. If I get another project, I would only reach out to them. When I objected to some of the designs, they took extra time to complete it, even though it wasn’t in the contract that they’d work again on the design part.

How did Radius Inbound perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was good. I had the opportunity to talk to them in person so I could explain things clearly. They listened, understood what we wanted, and gave suggestions.

I didn’t face a lot of challenges with them. There were a few design issues, but they were cooperative enough to resolve those things easily.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re nice people. I was impressed with their politeness and the way they dealt with situations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they were good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re too fussy, I wouldn’t advise you to work with them.

We are an Indian company offering Wedding Invitations to the people living in United States so our targeted market is United States. As an Owner, i used to manufacturer and design those invitations and i am the only person who is responsible for all the marketing and other stuffs.

We created the Website in January 2014 but we were not receiving enough amount of traffic so we hired one of the SEO agencies here in local area and gave them 1 year to generate some traffic but they failed to deliver. Then we heard about Radius Inbound from Social Media and contacted them. We had couple of calls and then we hired them. We hired them for Social Media Marketing and SEO services which was quite amazing. We have enough traffic now and has been generating a good amount of sales through organic traffic

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase the sales from Organic traffic and become a leading wedding invitation seller in United States. We were looking for someone who can create a approachable SEO and Social Media strategy to improve organic traffic.

How did you select this vendor?

Earlier we hired an agency in our local area but after 1 year of the campaign they were not able to delivered the results. Later on we interviewed couple of new SEO agencies and then Came through Radius Inbound through their Social media advertising. We talked to couple of other companies as well then we decided to go with Radius inbound as they provided me with a detailed review of my site and shown me some of the actionable items.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Once we finalized the Company, we had couple of long calls with them and that was one of the most impressive things that i have seen. They actually did a screenshare review of my website and suggested the changes. From there, they did a detailed audit and created a SEO plan that incldue On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO techniques. They worked with us on content generation and social media channels as well which helped us to grow.

I have directly worked with the Digital Marketing manager of the company and he was quite open for the suggestions and always helpful for the queries i had.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the beginning of our work with the Radius Inbound, our traffic increased by 72% and sales increased by 89%. I have monitored that rate throughout the campaign. They also did a detailed Conversion Rate Optimization analysis for the Cart Issues that we were facing and after resolving those issues our conversion rate improved by 5% which was really great!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As we directly worked with their Digital Marketing manager, he was easy to communicate and reachable. He used to send weekly basis updates and used to do bi-weekly calls. Overall, i was impressed with their reporting and workflows.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge that Radius Inbound had about the industry. We learned a lot of things from them related to managing the projects and how we can improve our designs. They have give some really great ideas with the designs of our invitations. I will certainly engage with Radius Inbound again for any marketing needs that we have in near future.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think they can improve their reporting presentation a bit but we were really satisfied with the work they did and the results they achieved for us.

What challenge were you trying to address with Radius Inbound?

When we started marketing, we were looking for a company that could manage our SEO, PPC, and social media marketing for our website and campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Radius Inbound provided SEO and social media marketing for us. We achieved a top-10 ranking for our SEO keywords. They also contributed to our website and did email marketing. We only did the email marketing for 3 or 4 months, because email marketing isn't as successful. We’re just starting, so we don't have a specific target market yet.

We had a social media presence before we hired Radius Inbound, but it wasn’t much. When we gave them the project, they started working on big marketing campaigns to get funding, and those were successful. We got engagements from social media, especially Twitter.

How did you come to work with Radius Inbound?

We originally tried a couple of development companies in India, but we didn't get good results with them. Then one of my friends referred me to Radius Inbound. They didn't charge me too much in the initial month of the project, but they eventually proved themselves. I started paying them more, and I got even better, real-time results and a huge increase in traffic.

How much have you invested with Radius Inbound?

I pay Radius Inbound $1,000 a month and we’ve spent around $12,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Radius Inbound in July or August 2016 and our work together is ongoing.

Radius Inbound performed fantastically from a project management standpoint. They were never late in delivering the weekly reports (traffic reports, paid marketing reports, etc.).

What did you find most impressive about Radius Inbound?

In India, if your company gets funded, then obviously you have good brand value. Radius Inbound has given me that brand value by helping me raise funds.

I don't think there’s anything Radius Inbound could improve.
