I’m working as an SEO consultant for a digital marketing company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Radian Soft?

I hired Radian Soft for designing and developing an SEO-friendly website in the home niche.

What were your goals for this project?

The website had to appeal to both target users and search engines. It also had to be fast and easy to navigate with clean code.

How did you select this vendor?

We've tried lots of other vendors including agencies on some freelancing platforms but finally decided to work with Radian Soft. They’re now managing all of our projects.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Radian Soft developed a prototype and then prepared a design. One of the projects included developing a complex Ruby on Rails CMS, and another required a customized WordPress theme.

What was the team composition?

The project team had around five people.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We needed a customized solution for a website and we got it. The new one loads faster and performs better. Also, the new form implementation resulted in better conversions.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their project management is impressive. They've got the best communication I've seen so far in the industry, responding whether its day or night. They are there whenever I need them, and I haven’t had any problems at all.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I could easily reach each member at any time and have all my questions answered. They complied with all my guidelines, and I’ve really enjoyed communicating with their representatives.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't know what they can improve. So far, happy with my experience with them.
