I’m the online department head at La Excellence IAS. We coach students preparing for the civil services examination in India.

We hired them for their web development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We first provided Qwegle Technologies with the framework and requirements of our project. After that, they proceeded with the work, building our website from scratch using WordPress.

We mainly use the website to reach a wider market across India. It also helps us promote the courses we provide and the materials we use.

What is the team composition?

We work with three people from their side: the president, a manager, and a developer. The developer is our main point of contact.

Qwegle Technologies was referred to us by a mutual friend who had worked with them in the past. They also showcased to us some examples of their previous work, which was impressive.

We’ve spent over $2,000.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started working with Qwegle Technologies in December 2022, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website functions as intended and meets our expectations. We also haven’t seen any bugs. We’re planning to go live with it soon.

How did Qwegle Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They always meet our deadlines and stay within budget. Moreover, they’re very responsive and available 24/7. They’re also flexible in terms of making changes.

For communication, we interact via Google Meet, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Qwegle Technologies has gone above and beyond to achieve our goals; they’ve been very approachable, friendly, and supportive. Overall, their team is highly customer-centric.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that Qwegle Technologies could improve on. They are doing a great job so far.

Be clear with whatever work you want and give them detailed inputs.
