Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Was built a custom operational system (ERP) for an agency using Airtable and Make.com, basically turning a bunch of scattered spreadsheets and tools into one streamlined platform.
The core idea was to track everything in one place: freelancers, their performance, contracts, and all sales funnel activities. Was integrated Upwork directly, so hours, contracts, and transactions now sync automatically, no more manual updates. Also added two-way communication with ClickUp so tasks and tracked time update the system without anyone needing to touch a spreadsheet.

On the financial side, made automated payroll (including multi-currency setups), connected Finmap to track cash flow, and reduced manual work by parsing files and emails where needed.

In short, instead of chasing data across different tools, the team now has one transparent system with real-time dashboards to understand performance and run the business more confidently.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest outcome for us was getting rid of all the manual work around reporting and payments.

Now everything runs automatically, data comes directly from the Upwork API, stays synced with ClickUp, and our team no longer tracks hours or contracts by hand.

We also got a proper financial system in place: salaries are calculated automatically, currency conversions happen in the background, and all money flows are tracked through Finmap.

Plus, the dashboards have been a game changer. We can finally see how our sales funnel performs and how each freelancer is doing, all in real time.

Overall, in just a few months the system evolved from a simple MVP into our main operational hub, and it’s already saving us hundreds of hours in admin time.

Everything has been great overall! One small improvement we could explore is running a deeper technical review early on,  just to ensure everything works perfectly for you from the very start

Their detailed approach to work and processing of technical specifications is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something QuitCode could have done differently?

Overall, everything is going great. The only minor area for improvement could be more frequent project updates and more regular communication. Short, consistent status updates on progress, next steps, and potential risks would help maintain even stronger alignment and transparency, but in general, the collaboration has been excellent.

Before we got Quitcode as our MSP, we had many projects and few resources. The quitcode team has done multiple automation tasks for data enrichment, emails, reporting and others. Using nocode tools such as Airtable, Maker it Stacker to allow us to scale without needing to hire more people. They did a great job helping us scale our operations efficiently.

Quitcode meets expectations; they’re very thorough and fast. We decreased operation time for our internal team, and automated manual labor. This initiative helped employees to concentrate on the key aspects of their work.

The tasks were completed on time and the quality of work was high. My desires and needs were the main focus. All future actions are compared with the general business logic, and unique solutions are developed for my programs.
