What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve been part of the journey of this platform from its inception to its growth and scale. It's grown substantially in the last couple of years. We’ve seen accelerated growth, especially in the last year. They’ve been very responsive to new changes and things that we need to incorporate into the platform because as we grow, we learn more and more about our customers. They’re very accommodating and can make changes on the fly.
How did Quintegro perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a one-on-one scheduled every week to get an update to what’s in the development path, where the bottlenecks are, and what they’re looking at releasing. There’s a lot of one-on-one communication between me and the project manager. We have an open line.
It’s also nice that the actual development lead is part of our internal communication. If there’s an issue or a bug, they’re quick to respond to it. We use Slack, Jira, and a lot of other tools. We’ve integrated a lot of those features into our Slack too.

Look at Quintegro as a real partner. They’re not just a company that will come in and develop a product. They’re really going to work with you in the development of the project, and bring their thoughts and ideas to the table on how to make the product better.
