Quintegro conducted a thorough assessment of our MVP, then created a roadmap to improve performance, usability, and scalability. They resolved critical UX issues, transitioned our ETL to an app-driven model, built a component-based design system, and redeveloped the frontend using React. They also lead weekly check-ins and manage the entire product delivery process.

Since partnering with Quintegro, we’ve grown our retailer base from 1 to 13 and onboarded a second distributor with a system that is now built to scale. The platform is significantly more stable, intuitive, and effective, directly supporting our revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Excellent. They run the entire process—from planning to QA—and meet with us weekly to align priorities, resolve blockers, and plan future work. They’re also highly responsive via Slack and require minimal oversight.

Their flexibility and ownership. Quintegro doesn’t just take tickets—they think strategically, execute quickly, and work as true partners. Their ability to adapt to evolving priorities without constant rescoping has been invaluable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Quintegro could have done differently?

As a startup, we would benefit from shorter-term contract structures to align better with our budgeting process. Beyond that, we’ve been extremely satisfied.

I'm the business manager at Burdenko Water and Sports Therapy Institute. We're an educational organization that focuses on rehabilitation, conditioning, and training.

What challenge were you trying to address with Quintegro?

We were looking for a vendor to help us develop an informative and interactive website. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Quintegro built our website, including all of its individual pages. The website has listings of our courses, a newsletter page, an online store, and testimonials. They were very proactive and came up with many ideas for the website.

What is the team composition? 

We had one main point of contact, and the team scaled up and down depending on the stage of the project. On average, we worked with five people that included a designer, a developer, a project manager, and a QA person. 

How did you come to work with Quintegro?

We learned about them by word of mouth. After we saw the work they had for other companies, we decided they'd be a great fit for us. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement? 

We worked with Quintegro between April 2014–June 2015.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We're happy with the new website and we've received a lot of compliments from healthcare professionals and the general public. Quintegro really took their time to explain the process to us and helped us find the best solutions for our business.

How did Quintegro perform from a project management standpoint? 

They're great communicators. There wasn't a question that they couldn't answer. We used email, phone, and Skype to stay in touch. They're very reliable, so we could trust them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They genuinely cared about our goals and our needs. They were flexible when we requested changes and worked with our timeline.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. It was a very collaborative process and we were happy with everything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Tell them what your goals are and don't hesitate to ask questions. I'd definitely recommend them to my business colleagues.

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a dental company with multiple dental locations that we manage. I am currently the Director of Marketing for the company and was responsible for any digital designs and marketing campaigns.

For what projects/services did your company hire Quintegro?

We had a company that created our office websites but they decided everything that was very dental centered and for this website that would be for corporate, we wanted something more professional so we hired Quintegro.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a clean and classic cut, yet something that would be a unique design. We needed someone that understood the healthcare industry but was not centered around it. We wanted other professionals that looked at the design and be able to navigate around it.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I have seen their work in the past and was very impressed and brought them on board to the new company that I was working for. We had interviews around 5 other companies but we were not impressed. Ultimately the CEO had the final say and chose Quintegro.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

We had sent what we wanted to them while also looking at other projects they had done. We concluded that we wanted a mix of ideas from other projects. Aside from the logo that we were a bit particular about, we gave them guidelines and everything else was the way they had imaged it and we were very happy with the end result.

What was the team composition?

We only dealt with one person, which was easier since the same person knew what we wanted from the beginning till the end.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have had many people tell us how easy it is to navigate throughout the page. Customers tell us that the unique design of our website makes them remember us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We were able to collaborate as often as needed and we were able to get in contact with someone when needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their time management was impressive and how effective they were once they received the content from us. The project was completed faster then what was expected.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There was very little to nothing that they can improve on.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of smart mobility for Hagerty, the world’s largest classic car insurer. I also run their DriveShare program, which is their peer-to-peer platform for cars users actually want to drive.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Quintegro?

We needed a development firm that would be able to work us, be extremely quick and nimble with requests, and be able to execute on our requests in a pretty timely manner. We also needed a team that would be able to look at the UI/UX and could be our partner throughout the entire development process.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed the DriveShare platform as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android. They’re currently working on the Android version that will be released at the end of the year. For the DriveShare app, they created the entire platform which allows owners and renters to communicate. The owner side allows them to list their vehicles on the platform, upload photos, and verify email addresses and cell phone numbers. On the renter side, they created accounts and booking systems to facilitate transactions.

They also integrated the Stripe APIs for all of our payment processing, and worked with companies like Evident and Checker for MVR and background checks, as well as a lot of other integrations with companies like Slack for communication and Zendesk for customer support.

It’s an ongoing process. We’ve had multiple iterations on the platform and multiple rebrands. We’re running on our second version of the entire platform, which is brand new.

I work with their project manager.

How did you come to work with Quintegro?

I heard about them through a business associate who had used them in the past. After interviewing several different companies, Quintegro checked all the right boxes. I liked how attentive they were and I liked their thought process towards the work and the workflow.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2014 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve been part of the journey of this platform from its inception to its growth and scale. It's grown substantially in the last couple of years. We’ve seen accelerated growth, especially in the last year. They’ve been very responsive to new changes and things that we need to incorporate into the platform because as we grow, we learn more and more about our customers. They’re very accommodating and can make changes on the fly.

How did Quintegro perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a one-on-one scheduled every week to get an update to what’s in the development path, where the bottlenecks are, and what they’re looking at releasing. There’s a lot of one-on-one communication between me and the project manager. We have an open line.

It’s also nice that the actual development lead is part of our internal communication. If there’s an issue or a bug, they’re quick to respond to it. We use Slack, Jira, and a lot of other tools. We’ve integrated a lot of those features into our Slack too.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality and the communication are most impressive.

No.

Look at Quintegro as a real partner. They’re not just a company that will come in and develop a product. They’re really going to work with you in the development of the project, and bring their thoughts and ideas to the table on how to make the product better.
