I am the senior marketing manager for Corel Corporation. Corel is a company that specializes in desktop software for consumers.

We had dealt with agencies in the past and found them to be far too expensive for the results they delivered. Nonetheless, we needed extra help because we have large accounts for Google and Bing that need constant attention.

We found Quantikal, who are based out of Argentina and fairly priced. I decided on a whim to give them a shot and I'm glad I did.

Gabriel and his team have consistently provided us with top-notch, expert-level PPC management. His years of experience in the field really show, as his agency has been able to outperform much larger (and more expensive) ones. Hiring Gabriel is a choice you will not regret.

I've worked closely with Gabriel (owner), as well as a handful of his PPC analysts.

We have seen increased spend efficiency that correlates directly with the time Quantikal took over our account management.

The workflow is very efficient. A good mix of them bringing their own ideas to the table and also executing additional opps that I see.

They paid a great deal of attention to our accounts. They need little direction, and can execute any task quickly compared to other agencies.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Weekly updates in the doc could be refined. Check for spelling errors before brining to meeting. Not that I care much, honestly. I like the results! I look forward to working with them in the future.

We found Quantikal online. Their reviews were very solid. After talking with their founder, Gabriel, it was clear they were a leading agency with deep knowledge across industry verticals and a deep knowledge on Paid Search.

Quantikal focuses primarily on text search for our business, but that is mostly driven by our vertical and our own limitations as a business. Quantikal's capabilities extend into shopping and display, and they have consulted us on ideas to improve and enhance our go to market for those. On the text search side of things, Quantikal has done a Masterful job identifying opportunities, digging deep on strategy and tactics, then implementing them. They have uncovered incremental opportunities we hadn't considered prior to bringing them on.

At least 4 members of the Quantikal team have worked on our account. I don't have specific titles but the founder, Gabriel, and his Chief of Staff, Pablo, are in constant communication with us and very active in the program. They have a few PPC specialists that have also interacted with us, who do a lot of the execution, with guidance from Gabriel and Pablo

Quantikal has helped us scale our spend 3x while delivering comparable results on the revenue side, specifically on the non-brand campaigns

They are very technically advanced and very honest. Honesty is very important.

We have a very strong collaboration with Quantikal and I have no constructive feedback to offer them at this time other than to keep up the good work.

They came highly recommended from another brand. We started using them on a trial basis and have been pleased with the results.

Initially they took a deep dive into our Google ads account, Google AdWords, and our shopping feed. Following that they completely took over the ads account and optimized each campaign. We measure the account based on ROAS performance. Each week they put together a presentation to review the results.

ROAS has been strong and getting better. We are expanding into new types of campaigns.

They are very easy to work with and obviously have significant experience with Google Ads. They do a good job of explaining things and do not try and convince you of their performance--they let the numbers speak for themselves.

They could be a little bit quicker to implement certain changes to the account.

Quantikal provides support-related tasks to improve general user acquisition performance, including but not limited to constant ad A/B testing, search term analysis for new negative keyword inclusion, keyword quality score optimization, suggesting and expanding on new keywords, suggesting new landing pages to build, constant bidding adjustments, and creating reporting dashboards, among other tasks.

Once Quantikal finished a complete analysis of our situation, it initiated a plan to increase phone calls to schedule more new patients. After that, Quantikal has been providing a weekly analysis and report on the progress of the campaigns.
