Please describe your company and your position there.

I play the role of Project Manager in different BI projects providing services and support to different companies in the Healthcare sector, mainly PharmaCOs

For what projects/services did your company hire Qordata Inc.?

Qordata participated of the operative and evolutive maintentance of the datawarehouse platform, ensuring the right functioning of the system as well as providing the required support and assessment for technical matters.

SOLUTION

How did you select Qordata Inc. and what were the deciding factors?

Qordata (formerly Streebo) was the company that developed this datawarehouse several years back, thus it was a natural step to renew our collaboration with them, bearing in mind the excellent level of support provided over time.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

As I joined the company once the datawarehouse was already deployed in Productive environment, our duties was firstly to ensure the operative maintenance, i.e. regular data integrations, DB management etc.

Also, as part of the contract arranged with the client, different evolutuve tasks were requested via change requests, for which the usual development cycle (estimation, implementation, testing, documenting and deployment) was applied Finally,during the last months it was performed a handover to transfer the operarive tasks to the internal Service team of my company in which Qordata was extremely helpful

How many resources from the Qordata Inc. team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were three different persons participating in the project. Two of them focused on the backend side, with strong data integration skills. The other resource provided frontend capabilities for the evolutuve tasks related to the reporting layer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to their efforts, knowledge and excellent work, it was performed a transition to an internal Service team in my company without issues and transparently to the client

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was a fluent collaboration with them. Different channels were used depending on the circumstances and criticity of the topics, from the usual Jira & Confluence tools, Slack for more immediate matters, or email or telco when needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I would highlight their professionalism, high level of support and commitment. They did their best to provide deliverables on time and adapted their work schedule based on the project milestones.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can think of
