We were launching our site in 2023 and had to do a lot of work to even carve out a presence for our branded searches to appear prominently as we were competing with some pretty popular characters from an anime and video game series that were competing for real estate on the first page.

We wanted our branded search results to be for our site and business, there are some very popular Youtube channels, fan pages, Reddit communities, Wikis, etc. that were competing with us when we started out. We wanted to make sure that branded searches only returned results for our brand. Now when people search us all they find is our site and socials on the first page.

This project didn't have specific timelines to achieve success, but their updates and month-to-month strategy are always delivered.

It's a pretty niche service that's different than most SEO projects where you're trying to own as many results for a keyword as possible on the first page rather than just going for 1 link as high as possible for a term.

Maybe some more robust reporting/tracking.
