Once we gathered all these insights during the discovery stage, we moved on to creating the initial design and prototype of the app.

They actually helped refine my ideas to make sure the app would be easy for customers to use. Right now, we’re at the MVP stage, but things are looking solid, and we’re aiming to launch by July.
